We could NOT have been more happy with the apartment they provided for us! Our son needed an apt to live in this summer while working in Boston. Todd & his crew helped hook us up in the right location. The apt was small, but perfect. It was modern, clean, attractive and safe. The kitchenette had everything he needed for a couple months stay, even towels and linens were included. There were two washers, driers, ironing boards & irons in the clean & well-​lot basement. Internet & cable TV. Thanks Todd!

I have been meaning to leave a review for some time about my experience with lifestyle realty, when I pulled them up I have to say I was shocked with the negative reviews, I guess it’s true what they say, «you can’t please everyone», in my case, my experience was nothing but a true pleasure! I have had a unique experience in the sense that I have placed several of my clients with them and in doing so I have seen first hand the amazing work Todd & Lucien do with taking the time to really listen to the needs of there prospective renters, they were personable, professional, and considerate in taking the time and care to place them in the best rental that fit there budget and needs, my clients were very happy and gave nothing but positive feedback, I do hope anyone who takes the time to review Lifestyle here will take my experience to heart and give them a shot, I guarantee you will be nothing but very happy!!!

I travel to Boston often for work and am always in need of short term stays. I always found it stressful dealing with realtors and online booking sites like airbnb… until I met Todd with Lifestyle Real Estate. A real straight shooter, Todd makes the process so much easier and no stress! He knows the city and the market as well as any realtor could. His flexibility with viewing apartments and honesty are just a few of the great points to working with him and his company. I highly recommend Todd to anyone looking for short term housing in Boston. Was looking for apts in Boston on Craigslist. We found many posts by Lifestyle Real Estate.
Emailed them for info, heard back, but then the agent dropped off the face of the planet. If they have so many listings why is the agent so unresponsive? They want to charge a premium rent but don’t have premium agents.
I would strongly recommend staying away from these people. They can’t make it through the sales process with grace, what to speak of being a tennant in one of their units and you had an actual problem. I’m glad their poor initial service kept me away from them.

Kinda like hitting it off with someone, only to get stood up at the next date. And no returned phone calls.
I was in NY, but I knew Boston quite well, having lived here for 5 years. As such, I knew what I wanted, and where I wanted it. And clean your mind up — I’m talking about apartments!
My time was limited. I found what I wanted online and contacted multiple agents asking them if they had that particular listing. Todd Minichiello was the first to respond. He seemed good. Got me all the paper work right quick. Of course, he also took my money right quick, but all legit. He was super nice, making jokes and all. He couldn’t answer all the questions I had about the apartment, which would be a red flag had I not done my research beforehand, but I was fine with him and the apartment was almost ideal. I acted fast, as I knew I had to, and he made sure all the paperwork went through — including his fee, and that’s where it ended.
No more emails. No more calls. No more texts.
I had to ask him for an update on whether or not I got the apartment. Not a big deal, but he should be more active about it.
He had assured me I could move in precisely at midnight on a Sunday (1 day to move in from out of state, started work the next morning). He had said he would double check and get me the contact information of the person who is in charge. Again, once he get his money, there was no contact. This time, however, he just didn’t reply to me.
I also needed a copy of the lease. Again, I tried to contact him, and again, no reply.
So, I did what any clever lad would. I called from another number. Boom, he picks up. I ask him about moving in and the copy of the lease and he says «it won’t be a problem, and I’ll email you the lease.»
What happens that fateful Sunday? I go to move in, and I am greeted with «it’s too early. We never let people move in before 10 AM. It has been this way as long as I have worked here.» I can’t say I didn’t expect that, but I sent Todd a message informing him of this. Guess what? No reply — no sorry, no nothing.
Now that I think about it, he couldn’t answer much about the apartment and left out some key details. Prime example being that the building doesn’t have cable tv/​internet access — only DSL and satellite.
At least he emailed me the lease.

I’m glad I found the apartment, but not so glad I worked with Todd. Lifestyle real estate played no role in me finding it as it was all done through Craigslist. They just helped me secure it. And once that was done, they left me in the dust.
