Avoid this garage like the plague because of hidden fees and miscalculated charges.
Parked at this garage for an overnight Friday stay at a nearby hotel, and was overcharged according to the posted sign outside the garage.
Paid $ 60 to park from 4:30pm to 2:20pm. Complained to the parking attendant who said we were ineligible for either the overnight weekend or 12-​hour weekend rate of $ 10 each, which began at 5pm. Instead we paid $ 40 for the overnight rate which the sign said ended at 5am next day but he insisted was only good for 12 hours. We then paid $ 10 to park from 4:30am to 5am (30 minutes) on Saturday morning until the weekend day rate of $ 10 for the next 12 hours kicked in. No charges like this were listed on the signs outside or in the parking office.
The parking attendant told us there were many complaints like ours and he had to be taught by management how to explain the hidden charges. Called the manager’s cell phone and got voice make. No call back. These folks need to be brought to small claims court for their hidden charges.
