Established in 2008.

From modest beginnings in a small home office, LABUR was founded by two friends, competitive in everything they do, and passionate about business and the talent it takes to run one.

Darrin Lang and Seth Burr – their last names combining to form the name of the firm, LABUR – have pioneered the notion that an actionable talent strategy is imperative in business today.

Darrin is a passionate leader who takes pride in helping others achieve their goals. He often says there is no greater accomplishment as a leader than being mentioned in someone else’s testimonial. Despite the high turnover rate in sales organizations, Darrin takes great pride in the LABUR «keepers» and in helping them to realize their potential and dreams.

With over 15 years of leadership, sales and consulting experience, Darrin is the CEO of LABUR and oversees business development, strategy and execution for the Boston-​based firm.

Darrin started LABUR with college friend and business partner Seth Burr and together, they’ve organically grown LABUR into a $ 10+ million company.
