Kate at HG Properties was absolutely the best when I bought my condo a few months ago. I was a first time buyer, so equally clueless and anxious. No problem; Kate walked me through the process painlessly, and was always quickly responsive when I had a concern.
She made herself an expert on the neighborhood I was looking in, and showed up armed with answers to questions I didn’t even think to ask. Kept an eye out for properties in good repair, sane HOA policies, tipped me off to a road construction project that could have significantly impacted my commute. She even offered to help me find someone to take over the lease I needed to break.
I’m pretty thrilled with the new place, so right now moving is the farthest thing from my mind. But if I ever get it in my head again, Kate will be the first to know.

Bought my house last year w/​Kate’s help & she was awesome. From hunting for the right property, to setting up appointments, and finally the big purchase. I’ve kept in touch & may use her to purchase more property in the future. She is professional and diligent & a great asset to her company.

Bought a house with Kate in December and I don’t have enough good things to say. She’s responsive, always does her homework, and knows what she’s doing. It’s a pretty terrifying and complex process, and it really helps to have good people helping you along. Would absolutely work with them again.
