I’ve been to the store multiple times searching for specific shoes. Over the summer I asked them to order a pair of full-priced heels, they said they would call me when they came in, and they NEVER called me. Recently, I was in searching for a pair of sale shoes, which were located and the assistant manager told me they would be in the store in two days. I know shoes on sale are a pain to locate, but they never have my size in store(they don’t carry many small sizes). I didn’t pay for the shoes up front because of the store credit only return policy. Anyway, I never got a call. Went in to ask when the shoes would arrive after 5 days of waiting, and the assistant manager was all out rude. Apparently they never really located the shoes in the first place. No follow through and rude, It was like they didn’t want to sell something.

I think the big thing to point out here is the staff. They’re not intimidating at all which can be rare in higher end shops. And who doesn’t love Jimmy Choos?! Ugh.

I went in here last year with my former manager. Yes, we were both just messing around and trying to burn some time before heading back to the office but the staff was super friendly and didn’t feel offensive at all.(I’ve had experiences at other retailers where, if the staff even slightly thinks that you aren’t a serious shopper they wont bother). We’ll we looked around, my manager actually tried on a pair of $ 500 heels, we asked questions and were asked questions(«what do we do for work» and«were we together»). Good way to spend 30 minutes. My secret, I would totally buy someone a pair of $ 500 shoes because they looked SOOODAMNGORGEOUS!

Ahhhh Jimmy Choo… One of my favorites stores ever. In my opinion one never cheaps out on: Shoes, Handbags, and Sunglasses. Hence, I shop @ Jimmy Choo. Shoes are made of quality materials, wear well and are extremely fashionable. The leather is like buttah it’s so soft! Staff is always super nice and helpful. They even call me when they are going to have a sale. I’m sure it’s so I come back in there and shop more, but it’s a nice touch. Anytime I wear my shoes — I get compliments on them too. So that’s always a bonus — you feel great wearing them.

It’s pretty evident that the shoes are amazing and beautiful. I have always wanted a pair of Jimmy Choo’s, so as a treat to myself, I decided to check out the store in Copley. I went during their semi-annual sale season. Selected shoes were 50% or more off. When I tried on the first pair, I was hooked. They are so comfortable and soft; I didn’t feel like I was wearing expensive shoes as they didn’t hurt my feet. Service was amazing. Shannon helped me out and brought out the shoes that were remaining in my size(it was near the end of the sale period). I finally settled on a reasonably priced pair of brown leather pumps – beautifully constructed. I would go back again if I wanted really nice shoes for a great price. Check out their sale selection, both online and in the store. After my sale, which did not allow returns so you should be happy with your purchase when you buy it, I got a handwritten note from Shannon. I thought that was a great personal touch to a wonderful shopping experience.

Finally, London’s esteemed cobbler to the stars has opened up an outpost in Boston. Don’t think that because of the boutique’s diminutive size that we are not getting the full treatment up here — all Jimmy Choo boutiques are tiny, even the flagship on Sloane Street. Even if you can’t afford the shoes, stop in a look at the delicate, creative and super-feminine shapes and styles. The boutique feels like a plush, leather-lined boudoir and the staff is welcoming and friendly. One of the former associates at Hermes left to join the staff at Jimmy Choo, so look for the salt-and-pepper haired gentleman if you do have the urge to purchase. Watch out though, these shoes become addictive!
