If I could give zero stars, I would.
I replied to a posting for an apartment and Dylan responded. We made arrangements to meet the next night.
He was 20 minutes late while I waited in the cold.
He did not call to say he would be late.
He showed me a completely different apartment in the three family home than what was advertised, When I asked he told me that was the third floor and he «accidently» put up the wrong pictures. The wrong pictures were online for at least five days. Do not waste your time with these people.

This is a great place to work with. Liz was absolutely amazing in getting all of the paperwork for us and taking care of business, always being there in case you needed something. If you are looking to rent, buy or sell, stop in here and they will help you in whatever you need!

This place is hands down the absolute best real estate group that I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend Jaine Donelan without any reservations at all. Jaine is AMAZING! I have been letting any person that I have come into contact with that is apartment hunting in Southie that they would be fools not to go and check in with her before any other agents in the area. Let me explain a bit further.
We just popped in to the office after walking by and Jaine greeted us warmly. She then sat down with us for a bit and chatted about what our needs were. After our chat, she then spoke with the others in the office and discussed what the best options would be for us. Lo and behold, she actually was able to show us some places on the spot. Here is where the difference in her service stood out even further. If you have ever looked at apartments in Boston before, you may have noticed that the agents often seem to miss the mark when it comes to your requests and it is not uncommon for them to attempt to steer you into places higher than the price range you stated. They are just out for the sales commission. There were none of those shenanigans with her. She actually cared about getting us a place that we could make feel like home.
She was more concerned with finding an apartment that was a proper fit for us. There was no hard sell with her. She is a fun little feisty firecracker that made the hunt seem less like a chore than it usually is. She even pointed out the negative aspects of the properties that we were looking at instead of trying to just accentuate the good points. We were ready to put in an offer for an apartment that we had just seen when she got a call that she could show us the property that she had originally wanted to show us at the last minute. She insisted that we see it before we put in an offer on the other place. She was right. We ended up getting that place instead.
There were a bunch of bumps in the road before and after we moved in, but not of them were her fault at all. Jaine (and the rest of the staff when she was not in the office) went way above and beyond even after the deal was signed, sealed, and delivered. They gave us great advice. I won’t go in to further details since this review is already so long, but Jaine was our guardian angel. She still gives me a great big smile and a wave when she sees me walking by the office.
If you are looking for a place in Southie, run, don’t walk to see Jaine. Tell her Marc sent you.
