Stress Management
Learn how to cope with and manage stress or anxiety using a variety of meditative and cognitive approaches to promote grounding, self-empowerment and a deeper understanding and awareness of self. These approaches can be used at home or at the office. Each session will integrate a different method of relaxation for personal use such as breathing exercises, body movement, and deep relaxation techniques. Students will also learn how to identify and become aware of the manifestations of stress by understanding the power of one’s thoughts.
Guided Meditation
Meditation is a way to synchronize the body and the mind in the present moment. When the body and mind are in sync, we are naturally relaxed, alert, open, and aware, and we experience ourselves and the world in a direct, unmediated way, without conceptual filters.
Meditation can: Open the heart & help to heal relationships, Help release negative or self defeating behaviors, Elicit deep relaxation

Niki B.
Business Owner
Niki holds a Masters in Holistic Psychology and has been studying energy work and meditation for over 10 years in the US and the UK. She has participated in mindfulness training with the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine and has trained in deep meditative regression work with Dr. Brian Weiss at the Omega Institute. Niki has been an instructor at both Boston Center for Adult Education and Brookline Adult & Community Education since January 2011.
