Hair & Make-up by Natalie

Natalie and her makeup assistant Juliahna transformed me and my bridesmaids into movie stars for my wedding! The four of us are far from heavy makeup users but they put us at ease and made us feel like glammed up versions of ourselves. My bridesmaids all have beautiful natural waves which Natalie styled into half or full updos per each of their requests. I, on the other hand, have short shoulder-​length hair that refuses to hold a curl when I try — Natalie made the most amazing, curled updo with incredible volume that stayed in place through dancing all night! I didn’t do a trial as I planned the wedding from out of state, but Natalie put me at ease that we’d make it work and she did not disappoint. I felt beautiful, elegant, and most importantly, like *me* — and judging by our first look, the groom agreed!

Natalie was fantastic! All of my bridesmaids, my mom, and I all agreed that our hair had never looked better than it did on my wedding day. Natalie was easy to work with and super helpful. I could not recommend her more!

I have thick, coarse hair and my best friend has very fine, thin hair, and Natalie made us both look incredible and totally works with whatever kind of crazy hair your may have to make it look it’s best. She even did my mom and my (now) husband’s mom’s hair and made them look classy, but still hot! Love her!

Natalie did such an amazing job for my wedding. First of all her rates are unbelievable and she comes to YOU for the trial. (Hard to find in Boston!) Her and her team did such a great job on the trial, were so friendly and nice and really listened to what each of my bridesmaids wanted on the big day. One of my bridesmaids isn’t used to fake lashes and heavy make up and they did such a great job adjusting for her. Another one of my bridesmaids just wanted her eyes done (to my surprise) and Natalie and her team were so amazing to accommodate her. They were easy going, on time and made me feel so beautiful. I truly appreciate her time and effort into making my day flawless. My make up lasted from 1030am until the late evening and everyone commented on how natural yet embellished it looked. After looking at Natalie’s impressive portfolio, I knew I had found a talented stylist for the right price for our wedding! I was married on the day of the Red Sox parade. No amount of wedding planning can prepare you for a city wide parade with road closures. Our hotel was smack dab in the middle of the parade route. Natalie made sure to get there all things considered. It was awesome to have an «on site» hair stylist come to the hotel rather than go out to a salon. It made for such a fun morning of getting ready for the big day in the comfort of our robes and mimosas. Natalie was a wonderful presence on the day of the wedding. She is exactly the person you want around as you excitedly get ready. She contributed a wonderful calmness and confidence as she worked on our hair. Before the wedding, twice, Natalie came to my apartment for a trial to ensure we had the look right. Natalie is a sweetheart and a gem to work with. I couldn’t have been happier with my big day look. Highly recommend!

I set up a trial with Natalie for my upcoming wedding in May. Because I have a larger bridal party, she recommended a makeup artist, Makeup by Ashley Christine, to do the makeup while Natalie did the hair. The trial was fantastic. For a very small and reasonable fee, we had the trial at my apartment in the city. It was so easy, and Natalie was professional AND personable. She made my sister and I very comfortable talking about what we liked and what we didn’t like. Overall it was an incredible experience, our hair and makeup looked fantastic, and we booked Natalie for the big day! I feel confident I will be updating my review after the wedding even more satisfied with my experience and of course her work :)
