Established in 2012.

Fire N Slice was created to bring old world style cooking and fresh ingredients to a variety of venues. We started with an idea, and after working with a company in Colorado where the oven was built we were able to create and offer a unique culinary experience to offer to people in New England.

Patty F.

Business Owner

Patty F. is the owner and head chef. For many years she worked in the field of Human Services and Nursing. Patty decided she wanted to «care» for people on another level and pursue her love of cooking at the same time. The mobile wood fired oven gave her the opportunity to follow her dream.
