I love Dunkin Donuts coffee but the service here disappointed me. I got there at about 9:30pm and the sign on the door said that they closed at 10pm. I walked in there and immediately one of the workers looks up and says something along the lines of, «Sorry, we’re closed» even though it was supposed to be open until 10. I think it’s because they already cleaned up and didn’t want to make a mess and have to clean it again. What makes it more annoying was that all I wanted was to get a Dunkin gift card.

Despite having only checked in twice I’ve been here what’s feel like over 100 times if not more. The service is fast, so even when the line is literally out the door, it’s never more than a 3 minute wait. The staff are all foreign but speak perfect English. There’s no bathroom and only 3 small tables for seating, making this a grab n go DD for me. It’s basically one to go to before you head into work. Despite the lack of seating and bathroom, I’d say the service of this DD is above average due to their speed alone.

Coffee is ALWAYS burnt. The smell is imbedded in the walls. The employees are loud and rude. It is always chaos here.

Visited 2 times during our 36 hour visit to boston! Once for desert and once for a pre-breakfast breakfast! They have fabulous chocolate cake donuts — fully covered in glaze! Sooooo yummy! Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful and happy to see you! I love me dunkin donuts and this place makes me remember why!

This Dunkin appears to have been built to more easily accommodate a big line than a big inventory. With all that unused decorative wall you walk past as you enter, could you have not added an extra register? I was equally surprised — and disappointed — by the selection. I asked for a bagel sandwich on an onion bagel only to be told that they did not carry onion bagels… or garlic. Several other traditional types were not present either. Likewise the usual cavern of donuts was more like an indentation in the wall. I’ve seen a larger selection at stands closer to the size of a kiosk in a gas station. At least the coffee is good.

Sadly… yes, I was looking forward to this location being oh so right next to the convention center! Chocolate frosted donut + medium iced coffee for the last 5 days… yeah… I think I’ll be juicing when I get back home! Did I feel like a fatty stuffing myself with my donut(more like inhaling it) while slurping my iced coffee all within 15 mins every break session… um HELL yes! However, did I feel happy afterwards… double yes! Friendly and prompt staff… I’ve always been a Dunkin girl so I can’t complain! I really do «RUN on Dunkin!» :)

This DD is out of control. It’s surprisingly cornered the market in the Pru for coffee, despite an ABP, Paradise Bakery, and Starbucks in skipping distance. The lines in the morning are long, though move fast if you only want coffee. When you finally get to the counter, though, the staff is disgruntled to put it lightly. My request for a half-caffeinated iced coffee(both caffeinated and decaf are already made!) got an eye roll from here to tomorrow. The egg and cheese on an everything bagel turned out to be egg and bacon on a plain bagel — close, but not what I wanted. Paradise, on the other hand, has an amazing breakfast sandwich, and my business.

Not the friendliest DD I’ve been too. Literally watched the staff throw cups at one another.

Lines are usually really long but I legit dont think I have ever been in this place longer than 5 minutes Place moves in an assembly line fashion that would make Henry Ford blush Quick, efficient, and curtious spin on the dunkin donuts we all know

The workers here must be drinking their own coffee because the lines were moving! During my New England vacation, I came here daily for my pumpkin iced coffee fix. Located inside the Prudential Center(closer to the Prudential Tower), the store was clean and had good variety of donuts/bagels to choose from. On my last night there, we stopped by right before closing and they were sweet enough to give my kids some extra donut holes. This gave me a lasting memory of my favorite maple donut as we said goodbye to Boston. If you need your caffeine fix and happen to be in the area, get your brewed buddy here!

It’s a Dunkin Donuts… There are a plethora of DD’s in the city. 5 stars because it’s the nicest DD I’ve seen. Also, their coffee helped perked me up to start my long sightseeing day.

In the early morning hours, this place is a zoo… there is always a long line, though the upside is that you don’t have to wait all that long. There seems to be a bit of disorganization behind the counter as to whom to order from & whom to pay. Donuts, muffins & whatnot always taste fresh.

There isn’t a Dunkin Donuts where I live so of course I’m inclined to try the place when the opportunity arises. I have a feeling that if there was a Dunkin Donuts located near my house, I wouldn’t pass by that often. Their donuts aren’t terribly special. And to be honest, I prefer krispy kreme anyway. But still, it was great to experience coffee and donuts at Dunkin while listening to 90s music.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is a HOTMESS. It makes me want to break out in hives. Especially during the morning or afternoon coffee rush. The lines are long(and I mean LONG). They have about 47 employees behind the counter; alas, only three cashiers. Mayhem. Oh, and NOONE speaks English. Not even a little bit. More mayhem. Every single morning I ask for a coffee with cream and no sugar. Every single morning I am handed some variation of what I ordered, and every single morning I hand it back. Just this morning, the woman in line ahead of me was reaching for her iced coffee when the employee dropped it on the counter. The cup opened and the customer was bathed in iced coffee. The employee who dropped the coffee pointed to the napkins and turned to the next customer in line.

The doughnuts here ain’t no Krispy Kremes, but they hit the spot. The bagels are always perfectly toasted, substantial, and taste good with their packaged cream cheese(of which they provide just the right amount.) Very cheap, too. When I’m short on cash and just need to fill my stomach quickly, I don’t mind stopping in here. But, Dunkin Donuts ‘coffee’ lovers, LISTENCAREFULLY. That stuff they give you here DOESNOTCOUNTASCOFFEE. It tastes like NOTHING. Now, I realize that everyone has different tastes, and it’s perfectly okay to like whatever it is that’s in your cup, but do not claim that you love coffee if you tend toward Dunkin Donuts. Weaker ‘coffee’ is not sold anywhere, and nowhere else have I ever had a beverage that got so sour and ‘pickled’ as it began to cool off. The stuff is miserable… Really, really miserable.

This is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts in Boston because of: location, location, location. It’s located in the middle of the Prudential Center mall and offices. The exterior is neat, made out of wood, and organized; as well as the interiors. The tables inside are granite and has a sizable seating area for visitors. Even the signage looks gold leafed coated(painted). The menu seems more complete here for some reason than other stores. I just wished the cinnamon flavoring was stronger like the other ones. As I mentioned earlier, the location is vital to this one being five-stars. It’s right next to St. Francis Chapel, which I visited today as well. It definitely chose a heavily trafficked area near hotel, church, office and retail. It’s can’t get better for this franchise.

The biggest plus side of the Prudential Dunkies is its proximity to the Hynes/Sheraton. I’ll explain in a hypothetical. Let’s just say that some handsome dude had a meeting. And said handsome dude realized that he probably needed refreshments. Now, the Dunkies here did run out of the popular donuts by the time he decided to do this(around 11AM, so no issue there), but said guy thought to himself«I’ll just run over to the Dunkies in the Shaws and get them there, but not the coffee, because the coffee would be too heavy to carry back.» And so guy goes, grabs donuts, and comes back, and get into line to get coffee. Guy buys coffee, and person who serves him is nice enough to give him a big bag for aforementioned donuts and coffee-related necesities. Guy is happy. So, basically, it’s a good Dunkies to get what you need for meetings that one may be having around the Pru, particularly if you’re in need of coffee.

The coffee at the Prudential Center’s Dunkin Donuts location is pretty good, but is marred by an overall poor staff. They don’t seem to know how to deal with the morning rush; the line routinely stretches far out the door over to(or even past!) Ann Taylor Loft, and moves very slowly most of the times I’ve waited around for coffee. Still, convenient location despite it’s long lines, and with a few exceptions that staff are friendly and able to fill an order without screwing up, so 3 stars.

Even when the line is out the door and into the Prudential Mall, it moves quickly. They have a good sized staff to handle the morning to mid-morning rushes. Their staff is friendly and doesn’t rush you, even if the line is long, but they somehow manage to keep the line moving at a decent pace. I’ve yet to have a burnt tasting coffee from this location.

Screw Starbucks, Id settle for D&D’s any day. I don’t need any mocha-choco latte supreme business, just a regular old ice coffee would be sufficient. Unlike NYC where it is virtually impossible to find a D&D, I like how in Boston D&D outnumbers starbucks 3 to 1. The service may not be the best, but what more can you expect from a fast food chain. Unfortunately, like starbucks, D&D now flavors their coffee with syrup(hence only 4 stars) and no longer freshly brews their flavored coffee but I’ll live. I’m a coffee maniac, and D&D’s has the best coffee Ive ever had, well at least from the caffeine corporate world.
