Kathy, you are the best… Mr. W loved the crab roll and I love the seafood CHOWDA… What a great place. I had been there once many years ago when Mayor Menino was still mayor and he would come for dinner(got to meet him there :) I work down in the South End and had to come to the drydock building… As I told you Kathy, I will be back with my group and for Mr. W’s LOBSTA’ roll The seafood is so fresh, delicious… people are AWESOME. One of the patrons offered to lend me some cash when I wasn’t sure if you took credit card(I now know you do. take credit card.)

I hate seafood, except that I do like clam chowder. Plus, I did not want to deny my group of me and three Albuquerque natives the opportunity to enjoy good seafood. Because, you know, Albuquerque is a terrible place for ballooning activities and is world-renown for its seafood.(hope you could note the sarcasm) Good hours, close to the Convention Center, and reasonably priced for seafood. My friends enjoyed their Fisherman’s Platter and, I think it was called the Seafood platter for $ 21.95 and $ 20.95, respectively. Fried shrimp, mussels, clams, haddock, and French fries, plus the Seafood platter got two sides, so they got rice and vegetables. There are two chicken dishes to please the non-seafood people like me. They also served a bean dip with crackers as an appetizer, and bread with oil as well. I like my clam chowder thicker, but I appreciate that they understand the need to serve soup warm– not so piping hot that you have to wait 10 minutes for it to be edible.(however, they will customize it to your heating preference)

Four of us dropped in for another great lunch. Tried the new natural shrimp, haddock chips, and seafood chowder, before our entries. Just delicious. 3 of had our usual of fish and chips. Our fourth friend is not a seafood person and went with the chicken breast. He was blown away by how great it was. He looking to bring a few people with him on his return visit. Only thing is, we ate too much to leave roon for dessert. They have an awesome bread pudding.

This spot won’t be for everyone. But if you’re from New England and you can appreciate the Boston accent, fresh fried seafood, and the lucky feeling that you’ve found a hole-in-the-wall restaurant on the Cape(but obviously not)…then you’ll love it. It’s very casual at Drydock, but the seafood is wonderful. We went after roaming around the ICA and were famished for something fishy(being in the Seaport area and all). We got the jumbo clam strip plate(a special) and the fried shrimp appetizer. Both were delightful. The tartar sauce was sort of lemony and had a definite crunch without being too cream-heavy like most tartar sauces are. The coleslaw was probably the freshest I’ve ever tasted, and the fried clams and shrimp also tasted super fresh and had a little extra flavor without being too dry/bland/over-fried. We left no crumb uneaten — and for $ 25 sans tip, that’s a good deal for two. I’m a fan of the Boston accent(no, seriously), and hearing some of the other patrons chatting while we dined made me feel like I was visiting Cape Cod with friends from high school — with salt in the air and fresh noms in my belly — it was very comforting, and satiating. Wish it was open on the weekends!

I went for breakfast at 8:30 am. Wasn’t crowded, and I had good service at the counter. Ordered blueberry pancakes and coffee. The pancakes were excellent, on par with Mulls’ pancakes. Coffee was better than average. I will be back for more pancakes, and will try their seafood.

Been going here since it was a «hidden jewel» when it was a «byob» place. Glad to know that they havent skipped a beat. Kathy is a jewel herself in that she goes out of her way to greet and welcome every table. Lets just say that their seafood is second to none in freshness and preperation. Fresher seafood simply does not exist. If you havent tried the Drydock before treat yourself and go, you wont be sorry for sure. My wife doesnt like much of seafood so she gets the chicken Parm and its outstanding. My favorite dish is the seafood sampler which is broiled«scallops, shrimp and fish» made to perfection. Love this place and cant wait to go back. mmmm mmmmm !!!

A little gem in Boston. You can still have some. Great service and generous portions. Crab roll, fish, etc. wished they had lobsters.

You see the sign and walk up to the building, as you walk through the door you worry that you are accidentally walking into an office building, after you walk back out and make sure you are in the right place, you go through a couple of doors and end up in what feels like a Hospital Cafeteria, but you are quickly greeted and told to pick out a table by the friendly staff. After friendly and fast service, I found that the food here is amazing. My fish and chips were wonderful, and everyone in party loved their seafood. And everyone was raving about the cole slaw, and I don’t like most cole slaw. If I had to give one suggestion for improvement, I would say the fries, but they were ok.

Three of us dined on fried sea food ranging from fish and chips, scallops, shrimp, calamari, clams and fish filet with tartar sauce and cole slaw. The food was very clean tasting. They must change the oil a lot. The waitress Mary Ann was lovely. We will definitely go again.

One of my favorite meals while we were in Boston for the last weekend. Boyfriend and I were looking for a great Fisherman’s Platter at a good price, and this place delivered. Highly recommended!

My brother and I ate here about a year and a half ago after picking my sister up at the airport what a Friday night. We had a wonderful meal, and the mayor and his family here eating also. It was the best meal ever. I ate here just last week, and were surprise find nothing I changed. The hostess and waitress rememberd my brother and I from a year ago. We spoke about the mayor’s passing, and sat down to a wonderful meal. The food is so good here, I wanted to lick the plate., this place has the best and freshest seafood ever and the atmosphere is wonderful. I don’t know why anyone would ever go to the No Name. I went to the no name a couple of years ago and it was disgusting.

The coleslaw was so good. My fish and chips were cooked perfectly. Flakey white meat with not too much breading… amazing! Definitely will be back!

Located in a office building with no attractions nearby, Drydock Café is a bit of a hidden gem. The décor looks like some office workers decided to open a café with some spare furniture. The food is simply cooked and perhaps under-seasoned for some people’s tastes but that’s how I like my seafood, simply cooked well. I recommend the chowder and any of the broiled fish and scallions. The rice was nicely seasoned. The fried stuff is about par for most seafood restaurants while the fries are slightly above average. Unfortunately, I forgot to try the clams. The pricing was fair enough but by no means cheap and the serving sizes, especially for the seafood platter, was generous.

This would be the place to stop for Breakfast when dropping friends at logan. It is near the cruise terminal. Exit 25 off the Ted, right at the first light and it is a few minutes away.

Went here with a group of people. The food is amazing! They give you very large portions. The seafood tastes extremely fresh and delicious. I was also happy to see the mayor seated next to me eating while I was there.

Friday evening dinner(open thurs and fri evening). Small and has a European feel as my friend said at entering. A huge and delicious bowl of clam chowder could probably have made a meal. Broiled halibut and scallops were delicious but slightly overcooked. Tab including wine was not scary. Recommend for an out of the way treasure.

If you have to go here go here for lunch, more menu items and cheaper prices. Fish and chips box was huge and I had to bring the leftovers home and Im a big guy too. For dinner while I did see the mayor(he goes here often), I did not enjoy my experience, menu was limited and everything was 15+. The ladies are always nice but nice doesnt keep my wallet from being emptied.

I just got lunch here today! I am extremely satisfied. I don’t know what people are talking saying this place is expensive its reasonable to me. I walked in and the woman at the cash register was very welcoming. I ordered the Cheese Burger Club, it was absolutely AMAZING and the fries were AWESOME! The staff is VERY friendly. I will definitely go back!

Three(3) of us went to dinner on a Friday night recently. After waiting 30 minutes we were seated and then one of the waitresses came over out of breath because they were short one waitress. We ordered drinks and had to wait for the bread. They serve this hummus bean dip with crackers up front which was not too good. The fisherman platters were very good but my wife never received her mixed vegetables. You do not receive a salad with the entrée unless you pay extra. The bill for 3 of us was $ 90.00(not counting tip) with no salads and only 3 glasses of wine and one coke. The food is good but a little overpriced and the service was not too good. You are paying waterfront prices but you get no water view. Atmosphere is a step up from Panera Bread. I might return but will not rush back.

Pretty good food! Decently priced. Mehh. Homemade macaroni not worth it– too creamy!
