We will also face the obstacles that may be in the way (which may include attitude, old thinking or actual situations). Together we will create a road map to help move you on. Our partnership can include in person meetings, virtual meetings, assessment options, experiential engagements, homework and supportive action plans. We call ourselves Designed Alliance because YOU help us design the partnership we will engage in to meet your specific style and goal’s needs. We offer no-cost introductory sessions!

Leigh leverages her twenty plus years in the field of education to motivate, encourage and inspire clients. Her adventurous path in life, coupled with her spirited heart, draws her to working with people to explore the boundaries of possibilities at work or in one’s personal life. Leigh is passionate about working with clients around transitions, career or life, as well as with those looking to engage in new life endeavors such as a new business, a move to a new place, or digging deep into oneself to explore all that is inside to be the best you wherever you may be in time and place! Leigh considers herself a champion of transitions and has never been known to shy away from change.
