Worst pharmacists will not provide information to you if you are from out of town. No customer service, not pleasant. Apparently they see to many drug fiends to advise you on mixing an OTC med with a prescription. No help. Google is more effective

I was absolutely thrilled to have a CVS so close to work that I could drop into when needed. Every time I come here it is absolute chaos. The store is always out of common items and it is very disheveled. I find that most of the merchandise on the shelves are dusty and dirty. Employees could care less about helping you, one of the issues of this particular store is that they make customers to go to the self-serve kiosks and there is never anyone at the normal registers. I do not mind the self-serve kiosks but they ALWAYS have problems with scanning CVS coupons and extra care rewards. Not to mention people who are not familiar with the self-check out feature always take 2−3x longer to check out and there is no one there to help. Today I came in at 12:30pm to buy a few items and use my CVS25% off coupon. After waiting in the long self-serve kiosk line I put my items through, then went to scan my coupon. My coupon did not register and was now stuck in the machine. I rang the bell for service and waited 10 minutes for a women to come over to do exactly the same thing. She then told me «go wait in the normal line and he will help you». WTF! I just waited about 10 minutes to check out(in the only open line at the time) and waited another 10 minutes for assistance and now you want me to get back in the newly opened cashier line and wait another 15 minutes!!! This is not customer service! Not to mention she could of taken me aside to an open register and proceeded to ring me out. There was nothing wrong with my coupon and it was not expired, it should not be a large issue. I was so angry that I left the packed up bag of merchandise on the shelf and promptly left(some may say stomped out). Goodbye CVS #1265 we are breaking up!

Employees are always incredibly friendly and helpful every time I come here. They always ask if there’s anything they can help me find the moment I walk through the door. This actually minimizes an embarrassing amount of time I would spend wandering the aisles searching for what I need. I appreciate that the employees always have a smile on their face and are genuinely eager to help. Customer service at its best.

It’s a moderately sized pharmacy that’s just down the street from me, thus I frequent often. This location is awesome in that it’s opened 24hrs so feel free to come anytime of the day or night. Usually pretty well stocked. And unless you come during peak hours, like evenings when everyone is getting out of work, there’s no lines. You have the option of self checkouts or going to a real person cashier. There’s also a photo center here that offers passport photos. I can’t remember the price exactly but it wasn’t bad. My favorite thing about this place is that employees tend to leave you alone. It’s great when you’re picking up embarrassing items one would usually pick up from a pharmacy. Oh one annoying thing? They lock the printer inks on the shelfs. Every time I want to buy ink, I would have to find an employee and drag him/her away from whatever work he/she was doing. It’s a minor inconvenience but annoying enough that I tend to avoid purchasing ink here at all.
