Cornell Dolan, P.C. was founded by Timothy Cornell and Patrick Dolan, two attorneys with decades of combined litigation experience at the Trial Court, Appeals Court and Supreme Court levels, both state and federal. Cornell and Dolan’s creative arguments and innovative strategies have shaped the caselaw in their areas.
Cornell Dolan, P.C. is predicated on the principle that each case should be handled with the seriousness and attention it deserves. We choose each case carefully, making sure it fits in with our interest and expertise and has goals we think we can attain. By keeping our caseload small, we amplify the care and effort we devote to each client.
Our focus is on business litigation — securities, employment, banking, real estate and contracts. Every year, we also take on a few contingency cases that we believe have genuine promise. Doing this allows us to see every case from the point of view of plaintiff or defendant.
