Geoffrey took great care on our varied projects, was attentive to detail, resourceful with his ideas, respectful of our hectic schedule, very easy-​going, and in all other ways professional. Have learned the hard way, after failing to schedule him soon enough, how especial his skills and manner are. Grab him now or at least get in line for his services.

Commonwealth Building and Renovation is a fantastic choice for home improvements. My partner and I have known him for a long time. He is a veteran craftsman and takes great pride in is work. He has done several projects for our home that include a large deck, demoing and rebuilding a half wall to expose brick, and several smaller wood embellishment projects that were very technically challenging. His work was flawless. He listened and collaborated on visions for our home. The quoting process was painless, and pricing was a great deal for the quality of work performed. I would suggest if this company is on your list of contractors– however large or small the project, talk with the owner, Geoffrey, he is extremely trustworthy, down to earth, and professional. He is someone that I would recommend again and again.
