Bruce is the wizard of Ikea. If he were a band he would be the Beatles. That’s the highest compliment I can give. I bought an Ikea bookcase recently. Now I have some amazing friends who put together Ikea furniture in the past. While I am eternally grateful to them, I didn’t want to impose. This is where Bruce comes into the story. He is prompt, courteous, on time and more than reasonably priced. I am writing this review literally after he just left. He put together a bookcase in 15 minutes flat. I am not mechanically inclined at all. This same project would have taken me at least most of the day. If you ever need something put together Bruce is 1000% worth it. A+, top of the heap…
You get the idea.

Bruce was awesome. He responded to my call the same day and we scheduled time for 2 days later. He put together a new bed we had ordered and a crib that we were given from friends. The crib had no instructions and he figured it out in a snap. Having just a couple hours of his time, saved my pregnant self from either doing the work, or having a few unneeded arguments with my husband while doing it together. Money. Well. Spent. Thanks Bruce.

Bruce is absolutely wonderful, and I would recommend him over assembling furniture yourself.
I got in touch with him, and we were able to schedule a time very promptly. He was affordable, and did an AMAZING job! I asked him to do my entire bedroom (Ikea bed frame, Ikea dresser, and Ikea nightstand) and he did all of it in only 2 hours!
I would recommend Bruce over attempting to do it on your own, because he really knows what he’s doing. I feel confident that my furniture is assembled in the best way it could be and would last me much longer than if I tried to do a flimsy job on my own!

I should have written this review months ago and it has been on my to-​do list every day so that I give credit where credit is due.
My family and I relocated this summer to an extremely smaller apartment than we had previously been in so that we could be in a better school system for our kiddos. However, this meant sell everything we had and buy new to fit the space. Rather than spend a fortune on furniture we decided to go with IKEA to redesign our space. We purchased 13 IKEA items and my husband is far from handy. This would have taken a lifetime to assemble!!!
I looked on Unilocal and found Bruce with amazing reviews. He lived up to everything that other people wrote about him. He was professional, timely, and affordable. He made our apartment into a home with his quality assembly and speed.
I can’t say enough positive things about Bruce. He is truly a blessing to anyone that needs help building furniture.

Bruce is a man among men. a hero to many. I was just so lucky enough to be graced with his presence when I god forsakenly purchased an IKEA dresser. Upon opening the boxes I suffered minimal panic before turning to Unilocal and finding Bruce. Bruce not only said he could come assemble my dresser THE next morning (ON A SUNDAY!!!), but he also eased my anxiety by asking about the dresser and décor of my space as well – such a comforting approach. All in all, after Bruce’s visit, I have never experienced such relief in my life… The anxiety vanished. The dresser was assembled. And my clothes finally had a home. Bruce is a legend I will never forget. With such ease and confidence he approached the situation and made that dresser look like it was worth a thousand bucks in 2 hours flat. #incredible

Bruce Lott came and assembled our Ikea Liatorp TV Storage Combo unit today. With eight boxes of parts, we knew we had to hire a professional to put it together. Where it would have probably taken us four days to assemble, Bruce did it in four hours. He was professional, fast, and efficient and his rate was reasonable. I am very pleased with the outcome. I bought a desk from Staples and I had to wait for at least a week for them to come and assemble it. I called Bruce and he came NEXT DAY! And of course he charged me less than what Staples would’ve charged me.

Bruce Lott assembled a bed with four storage drawers I purchased from Ikea. As soon as I opened the three boxes in which it was delivered, I knew there was no way I could assemble it myself. Bruce arrived early, assembled the bed quickly and was friendly and extremely professional. I recommend him highly and would definitely use his services again.

I moved a 1 bedroom apartment today and hired Mr. Lott to assemble my furniture. He was amazing and assembled 5 large pieces of furniture in no time, including the desk I am currently writing this on. This morning my apartment was empty. At noon it was a mess. Bruce was great! I had an Ikea dresser that I just couldn’t seem to put together on my own (5 hours later none of the drawers fit in properly!) I called Bruce and he disassembled and assembled it in under 40 minutes and was very responsive to my requests. $ 75 for this and worth it! Great job Bruce! Thank you!

Bruce not only have a pair of clever hands but also a beautiful mind. We need assemble a big book case, there are three handyman said they don’t know how to do it after check it onsite. When Bruce came, he not simply said yes or no, but take action do something first. From 10am to 2pm, just focus one thing which is get book case done. During the assemble, he also very respect your opinion and reflect in the action.
Finally the price are extremely reasonable.

Bruce was great. I called him on September 1, the worst day of the year in Boston, because I had a couple of huge piece of ikea furniture I could not build on my own. He responded quickly and was able to come the next day to help me out. He was on time and put my two pieces of what I thought were complicated furniture together in no time. He clearly knew the furniture well and what would have taken me three days to do was down and in place within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Bruce for any furniture assembly you might need.
