I hosted a party with Tarek for myself and 5 friends because I thought that it would be something fun and different to bring in the New Year. We had some initial difficulty and confusion confirming our appointment with him, and he confirmed only the day before he was supposed to show up.
My rating is based on our group average and not on individual readings. 4 out of the 6 of us had accurate to oh-​my-​god-​how-​did-​he-​know-​that, insightful and intuitive readings. He asked one of my friends, «Who’s this scratch ticket guy?» And he was referring to her Dad that always plays scratch tickets and has won multiple times in the lottery.
For me personally, I would rate him four stars. I previously had a reading with Tarek over a year ago over the phone, after one of the friends in the group went to him. I was definitely hesitant to call him since I am skeptical yet open-​minded, but I was immediately intrigued after she told me the details of her reading.
This time around it was as if he picked up where we left off, immediately diving into the things we talked about last time. I never told him that he read me before, and I didn’t give him any details about myself before the reading. He then went on to give me more insight about myself that I will take into consideration for the New Year.
Overall, it’s hard for me to recommend a reading for someone based on how dead on accurate he was for most of us and then amiss for the two others. I think if you are curious enough, open-​minded and don’t have high expectations, then give a reading with him a shot. Despite all of that, it was a fun group experience for us!

I was really excited for a phone reading from this psychic due to all the great reviews, but I was a little concerned since I read a couple times that he doesn’t answer the phone when it’s time for you reading.
I scheduled an appointment this morning for noon time. I called him at 12 PM and he answered. He claimed that he was running late and to call back in 15 minutes. I was completely fine with this and called back 15 minutes later. He didn’t answer. I called over 10 times at this point and now it’s almost 3 PM.
I’m a very fair person and normally i would just give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he’s having a bad day and call tomorrow. But, I’m not the only person claiming to have this happen to them by this psychic.
Unfortunately, I already paid so I am working on getting a refund through making a claim on Paypal. I don’t suggest someone who would advise clients to make appointments and then not keep them. Disappointed.

I was supposed to have a phone reading at 1:30 today… I wanted to pay when my phone reading started. I called over, and over again. No answer. Thank god I didn’t pay in advance… Scam. Its really unprofessional of them to send me two email reminders, text reminders and then NOT answer my phone calls.

After some mild drama and miscommunication, I was able to have a phone reading with Tarek. He kindly and generously made up for it. His reading was spot on. I highly recommend calling him for guidance or help.

I received a 30 minute phone reading from Tarek yesterday. I have been to my fair share of psychics, and I could honestly say this was my best reading yet. Tarek instantly honed in on the people – down to their physical characteristics– and situations I was concerned about. His interpretation made complete sense to me and so did his advice. He has a great sense of humor but relays the messages kindly. I would recommend Tarek to anyone.

Tarek is remarkable. He has helped me make a lot of good decisions. If there is something you are unsure about, I highly recommend reaching out to him for guidance. He is caring, very accurate and gives a certain emotional comfort as well.

Unfortunately nothing has happened as he told me it would. I have read with him about three times. Last time was overcharged and said there would be a refund. Never received.

Initially I was hesitant to write a review, as I generally don’t do it unless asked to, and I definitely hesitate to write a negative one. However I was so disappointed with my reading that I think it’s important to write one that is honest, because quite frankly, I went in on the expectation of 5-​stars because of the other reviews that I read beforehand. My experience was anything but 5-​stars, and I think it is important to give a more rounded view to people who are perhaps seeking some spiritual insights and/​or guidance. So, in the spirit of «not sugarcoating,» (which, in my case was a comical understatement,) I write this critique.
I will preface this by saying that I am no «psychic virgin,» if you will, and have plenty of other experiences with which to compare. I like to go anywhere from 1 – 3 times a year — whenever I’m particularly looking for some additional insights into my life’s path. Most of my past readings have been generally positive and relatively accurate. I will also acknowledge that I know that even the best psychics can give an «off», or in my case an «almost entirely off» reading, so I’m giving Tarek the benefit of the doubt in saying that this just must have been one of them, unfortunately. I have been pretty sick over the past few weeks, so maybe this altered his ability to read my energy, or maybe he was tired after a full day of readings and the evening time slot wasn’t optimal. Possibly. I aim to be fair.
It is also important to note that I am always interested in looking at myself as honestly and objectively as I can, with the sincere belief that taking ownership and responsibility is the only road to empowerment and change. With that being said, I felt that his descriptions of me and my behavior were **drastically** off. Yes, there were some elements of truth in there — but most were merely that — elements. Degree is crucial. The degree to which you feel, think, and do certain things makes a huge difference between describing a normal person and a complete lunatic. Tarek’s descriptions of me were not only *SO* exaggerated and extreme, but they were also highly insulting. I was offended on multiple occasions, and felt that arguing with him would only make me look like I was in denial, so I didn’t bother. No, I’m actually not the depressive, dramatic, clueless and socially unsophisticated person who has a hard time expressing herself as you describe. Yes, I have my moments (just like everyone else,) but I am rather even-​keeled, rational, and communicate important things when I need to.
Aside from the (primarily false and inflated) personal descriptions of me (which mostly felt like personal attacks,) and several contradictions, there was also a description of a person and circumstance that doesn’t exist and never did (past/​current, not future.) ‘Do you understand this?‘he asks when he says something. Nope, wrong. A possible allusion to previous pregnancy or pregnancies? Um… no, lol. Used to eat nutritiously in the past but now just don’t care and eat like crap? Again, couldn’t be further from the truth. There were also suggestions made, I’m sure with good intentions, that I be and act like someone I’m not in order to have certain results in my life, one actually being that I speak as closely as I could to a Disney princess character (!!!) Hopefully that sounds as ridiculous to you as it does to me! I’m sorry, but that kind of advice never flies with me, as not only is it disingenuous, but people see right through that BS in short order if they get to know you. No thanks. I will agree that some behavior modifications can and should be made, but I am generally happy with who I am and how I am, despite your insistence that I’m just, well, all wrong.
There were some redeeming qualities here — it wasn’t a total wash (and loss of $ 85) in my book. Tarek did offer some gems of wisdom here and there and gave maybe 1 or 2 accurate assessments, as well as some healing stones before I was leaving, which I appreciate. However, overall I was very disappointed with my reading experience. This is not only because I found his style to be very course, unrefined, and repeatedly insulting, but I found him to be about 90−95% OFF, which nullifies any credibility in my book when talking about my future. I’m sorry, but I refute your title of «Boston’s Best Psychic.» Yikes. So. Much.
I will say again that I write this with only the purest of intentions to everyone. Tarek definitely doesn’t «sugarcoat,» and in this case, neither do I.

I had a phone reading with Tarek at 1 a.m. this morning. I am stating the time, to make a point that he is very accommodating with scheduling. Tarek was so precise with his details that I felt like he knew my story first-​hand, although I have never met Tarek personally. For anyone who is looking for the most accurate and detailed reading around, Tarek is your man. I will be using Tarek as my go-​to psychic for all further readings. Nice job, Tarek. You are truly gifted!

The first instinct you will have during a reading from Tarek will be to walk away angrily and/​or hang up the phone. (Although, Phone readings without a $ 2.99 per minute credit card charge, really?). But if you are honest with yourself, you will realize these instincts stem from the reaction to Tarek’s ability to ascertain feelings, habits, and lifestyle key points within you that you may actually be in denial of yourself. Once having accepted the fact that Tarek is not merely here to brighten your day with «fluffy» predictions and observations, you will be opened up to parts of yourself previously suppressed, and given a guideline of how to adjust and modify your own behaviors. If shifts in attitude, guided by Tarek’s insight, can be achieved, You will, albeit begrudgingly, see just how right Tarek was all along, and possibly gain happiness!
I strongly encourage any and all to book an appointment with Tarek. See for yourself. Truly gifted, and nothing short of AMAZING; Tarek will make a believer of you!

I was looking forward to having a reading with Tarek; I’ve been in the midst of a lot of life changes and liked the positive reviews I’d seen on him. It seemed like he’d be a good person for straightforward feedback that’s pretty accurate.
I scheduled a phone reading with him online and he confirmed via email. I ended up with a conflict and needed to reschedule, which we did via phone and text. I called at our scheduled time – no answer. Called again; no answer. Texted; no response. No response to a call and text the following day. The guy just dropped off the face of the earth.
I don’t like giving negative reviews, but this was just really unprofessional. Perhaps more importantly, I’d want to caution anyone about paying in advance for a session. There’s a function for this via his website, but I had a gut feeling I shouldn’t use it, and now I know why. If you try to book with him, don’t give your payment info until you’re on the phone (or in person) for your reading, otherwise you could get hosed. Best of luck.

AMAZING! Will not disappoint you. Tarek gives specific detailed descriptions of people, places, and happenings. He as able to physically describe people in my life, without me even mentioning them. Finally a REAL psychic. Don’t waste your time like I have in the past with phony psychics, he’s the real deal. Thank you Tarek, will be back again with an update to my reading.

Ok, I just want to start this with a little back-​story…
About a year and a half ago a friend of mine told me that she was going to hang out with her friend named Tarek. I said, «Tarek? I went to high school with someone named Tarek. I wonder if it’s the same person.» I told her how awesome and funny he was and long story short, we realized that the people we were talking about were one in the same.
Then she told me that he was doing psychic readings and I decided to give it a try… Why not?
Well, I was certainly in for a shock! I was set to leave my job and enter into a very competitive and prestigious program. It was very hard to get into and afforded me many opportunities. When I discussed this with Tarek, he simply looked at me and said, «No, that’s not going to happen.» I was a little irritated. I thought that maybe he was mistaken. I had worked so hard to get into this program. There was no way that I was not going to go. However, I ended up staying with my current position and not entering that program. HE WAS RIGHT!
He then told me that I would leave my current living situation. I couldn’t see a way to do that so again, I thought he might be a little off on that. HE WAS RIGHT!
Tarek was easily able to help me deal with many issues in my past and also clue me into some upcoming events in the future. For instance, my reading with Tarek was in June of 2012. On that day he told me that we would have a devastating tsunami-​like natural disaster in 3 months. He did not say about 3 months or maybe 3 months, he said 3 months with conviction. Knowing that I am originally from New York City, he told me to beware of coastal areas around that time. I was going to go to New York City on October 21, 2012 for a week but I cancelled my trip with this in mind. On October 22, 2012 Superstorm Sandy devastated the NYC area just as he described. AGAIN, HE WAS RIGHT!!!
There are a lot more examples that I could give to explain to you that Tarek is an awesome psychic but… I don’t want to air all the personal stuff that we have discussed and this is getting lengthy.
In conclusion, if you are reading this and you’ve already seen Tarek then you know what I am talking about. If you haven’t seen him then what are you waiting for? You should be doing that instead of reading this!
