So many reasons why I would recommend Bostonia Properties. First, the owner, Kate was 100% dedicated to helping me get my house sold quickly for the right price, and it started with her having an organized booklet and iPad presentation within 48 hours of phone conversation about the sale including comps and sale price suggestions. During one of our conversations, she mentioned she was at a family function, I said we’ll talk Monday its really not urgent, however, Kate insisted we finish the conversation. Kate was also able to handle a difficult tenant I had in my property at the time of the sale. She is not afraid to stand up for what is right, in a non-​threatening, and graceful way.
I’ve know a lot of realtors, but instead chose to do an inquiry online looking for a referral. I hit the jackpot with Kate. Efficient, and capable, You will not be disappointed in Bostonia Properties.
