Got an adopted luke burger for me and my roommate and we both got food poisoning. It was the only thing we are that day that was from the same place, so coincidence? I think not. Very disappointed that a place that puts so much emphasis on ingredients had this mishap. I think this will be the first and last time I try this restaurant and likely this chain. Going to Shake Shack from now on.

I’ve always liked B. Good. I started to love it when I got the keychain. The way they care about their customers and the passion they have for fresh and organic meals is quite exciting. I love their seasonal menu and every single smoothie is delicious and healthy. This is the perfect place to detox from fast junk food and taste life again. I recommend anything with avocado on it and the veggie burgers are a must! And please try the upstairs seating for a divvy feeling. My only complaint is that I’d love if their personnel was a bit friendlier, productive and the service was faster. They can improve it in a second if there was supervision and goals. That’s all folks!

The food was good and very fresh! It’s healthy and sourced local. Only downfall is that our order was all messed up. Kind of a bummer, but delicious nonetheless. I’d recommend giving it a try if you prefer unfried fast food.

I got the cousin Oliver beef burger, which was ok, but lacked flavor and came pretty small. The southwestern chicken on the side I ordered sat on the counter for a while as my burger was being made. It wasn’t much of a salad — mostly roasted chicken with some avocado and very little in the way of leafy vegetables. Decent food that seems fairly healthy, but a little pricey for what you get.

For fast food this is a great place. Took about 10 min for my food. Had the acai berry smoothie which was kinda bland, the spicy avocado lime salad which was great, and tried the corn on the cob which was spicy! Overall liked this place, I don’t feel guilty at all eating here. Bonus– people watching at the Berklee Performance Center across the street.

Major downgrade for today’s experience as well as another experience a few weeks ago. I’d also like to add that I emailed them to let them know they have problems prior to posting this and never heard back. Points you need to know: 1. The prices of the kale salads are not worth your money. If you add a protein you’re looking at $ 14. For $ 8 you could go around the corner to Boloco and make a burrito bowl with essentially the same items; and it won’t take obscene amounts of time to get it done, and you’ll get WAYMOREFOOD. My tofu that I paid an additional 3 dollars for, was 2 thinly-sliced 2×3 inch pieces of tofu… PITIFUL. 2. How on earth is this place so slow? Whenever I am here, I am one of 2 customers. Today there were three, yes three, people at the 1 cash register(no one behind me). 1 guy on the grill, 1 guy on the maketable. I repeated my modified order 3 times and got blank stares. The maketable made it wrong and I had to babysit the production of my food. 3. God, the employees at this location are really piss poor. They really couldn’t care less. There were three people at the 1 register trying to take my order… and none of them were friendly or even halfway engaged in working there. One didn’t have an employee shirt, so maybe she was a friend just having fun? There was some signage on the back of the register that said something to the effect of «Join our family, ask me how!» So, while my order is painstakingly being entered into the register, I ask all 3 of the people facilitating my order into the computer, «What is the family? How do I join?» One blankly stared at me and replied, «We just email you coupons…» and then went back to trying to figure out how to enter an order. No offer to help me get those aforementioned coupons. These three employees must have missed Easy Direct Marketing Opportunities 101. 4. Value — there is none. It’s «fast food» that’s not fast, it’s just slow. And it’s not value-priced, so how is that fast-food? For $ 14 I could go to Cheesecake factory and get faster and friendlier service and a salad 4 times the size and better quality, and a nice waitress to bring it to my table for me. 5. Cleanliness — The three times I have been here I have had to settle on either eating at a dirty table, or waiting at a dirty table for my food. 6. Accuracy — Every time I have come here, something has been made wrong. Today I had to babysit the production of my salad. I kept having to yell, «NONONO I SAIDNOCHIPOTLE», or «NONONO I SAIDNOGRAINSORQUINOA». Jesus, I have anxiety from having to supervise the making of a stupid salad that I repeated 3 times to the 3 people taking my order. This place has very serious problems with management. Who is running this circus? I think whoever is in HQ needs to really read some of these reviews and wake up. I’m certainly writing this place off unless this store is operated under new management. It has nothing going for it, except decent-tasting food, but to me, it doesn’t blow away all the other problems with this B.Good. I’ll never come here again.

I always used to go here to grab a burger and fries. But I’m afraid this location has gone downhill. Went there at 11AM with a friend and the burgers took about 15 minutes, despite the fact that there were only a few people there… although I guess they were making gluten-free buns from scratch, so I understand if that’s the case. The burger tasted good as always, but the fries(both the«real» and the sweet potato ones) had almost no seasoning and tasted incredibly bland and mushy. I used to always wish I had more fries after finishing a whole bag, but I couldn’t even finish this bag. Earlier this summer, I went to the new Newton Highlands location and didn’t have this problem. Better luck next time?

Had a west-side chicken sandwich that was ok. The sandwich itself wasn’t big, maybe just over the size of my fist, but the piece of chicken still only covered ¾ the surface of the bun. Avocado was pretty much nonexistent, though there was plenty of salsa. The food here is a decent choice if you’re craving a burger but don’t want something riddled with grease, but let’s face it, the grease makes it taste good. Average joint, but I don’t expect to become a regular patron.

I’ve always liked their sweet potato fries, but man, that Grilled Avocado Kale & Quinoa bowl is insane amounts of awesome. I wish it was available in a smaller size, since it’s huge & it doesn’t last well for leftovers, but the flavor and quality are fantastic.

Really enjoyed stopping here for a quick lunch with my girlfriend while walking around the city. They have all natural, local food options for carnivores and vegetarians alike. There are a lot of great customization options too, so the possibilities are endless. Definitely recommend it for the discerning folks out there for something unique, delicious, and good for you.

I stopped by to redeem my free side of regular fries(for joining the eclub) and sweet potato fries(for liking on FB). Wasn’t too busy around 3PM on a Sunday. The server who assisted me was helpful and I had no issue redeeming my freebies. The wait time was about 5 – 10 minutes, which seemed like a bit of a long time just for fries, but it might be because they’re fresher or something??? The sweet potato fries seemed to lack some kind of seasoning and were rather bland. I wouldn’t come back for them. The regular fries were even less appealing to me – while somewhat more seasoned, they tasted like a straight-up baked potato. Not necessarily bad, but not what I’m looking for in fries. Although I didn’t love the food, the service was decent and the atmosphere is nice. I might come back to try one of the chicken sandwiches.

Stumbled upon this quaint restaurant while walking from Berklee College in Boston. Great selection of all natural foods. I enjoyed my turkey burger & my daughter enjoyed her chicken sandwich. Both were served on multigrain buns… Simply a delicious lunch!

This was great! All-natural, local foods(even the sodas), stuff was fresh, etc. Vegetarian, chicken, and beef options for the burgers. I have gone by B. Good multiple times but this was my first time eating there; I don’t expect it to be my last. Check this place out if you haven’t yet. Doooo iiiitttttt!

So happy to be able to eat here again! let me start off by saying that. I used to be a HUGE supporter and customer a few years back when their veggie burgers were vegan, but then they switched to non-vegan burgers, I had an argument with someone at their store by Downtown Crossing, and I hadn’t gone back in two years. Recently, a family member told me they made lots of changes, their veggie burgers now read«vegan,» so I decided to give them another chance: so happy that I did! B. Good has definitely changed for the better! Organic sodas, quinoa, salads, vegan burgers, and the customer service at this shop(where I have been three times now) are all wonderful! My wife and I even stopped by 15 minutes before they closed(after the Symphony) and they made us fresh veggie burgers and fries, they were so good, hit the spot, and instantly made us frequent customers again. I HIGHLY recommend this business for vegans and vegetarians looking for a great place to go and snack, munch, have a great American-style meal.

The food was alright, but the service I received here was abysmal and they gave me the wrong order. I’ve had B Good before in other locations and never had a complaint, but this location is god awful. In a nutshell: — Took over 15 minutes to prepare the salad(ALL the ingredients were on the line ready to go) — everyone else who ordered after me, got their food before me. — Ordered WITHOUT chicken, clarified this 2 times with the cashier, the guy puts chicken on the salad(even as myself and the people I was with were saying, «Excuse me, sir? I hope that chicken isn’t for my salad. Sir? Sir… sir… sir. Excuse me? Siiiiiiiiiiir. Jesus Christmas, really did you just do that.» — No apology offer, just«I can take the chicken off» — Forgot to make the smoothie, so I had to ask them twice make it — Made the wrong salad entirely(ordered the harvest kale and I have no fucking clue what they gave me) — Overpriced as shit. $ 15 for a salad and smoothie, really? Needless to say, I will never go back to this B Good location.

I love the food at B good and this one is close to my office. I won’t stop going but the service here is really unacceptable. By far the slowest in the city. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up to the register to take my order. And without I doubt I know I’ll be waiting at least 15 – 20 minutes to get my food. I arrived 20 minutes ago and they are still not done making my food. And it’s not very busy! This is ridiculous

I love bgood– the food is excellent. But specifically regarding this branch. The service is effing horrendous. Ive been in here when there are only two other customers, and my salad order still took 20 minutes(with 4 people working). Terrible.

My experience here was tarnished by a group of inconsiderate customers, not the restaurant itself. I got the El Guapo burger with a side of french fries: The burger itself was very delicious — with soft wheat bread, nicely cooked patty, and a good amount of tomatoes, onions and lettuce. They could have felt a little more generous of the jalapeño-ranch sauce though. I think the ranch sauce in my patty was shifted to one side of the burger haha but don’t hesitate to ask for more sauce! They will be happy to give you more. The fries were delicious — but only while they’re warm. As soon as their a little cold, they turn soggy HOWEVER, if no one told you yet, leftover french fries make AMAZING omelettes so always take them home! haha Now. for the experience. B. Good is supposed to be a pretty fast food kind of place, not a sit down, and wait 30 minutes for my burger, right? Well. if you have a MASSIVE order… like 15+ burgers or whatever you should CALLAHEAD and place your order order early and come pick up the order. A group ahead of me decided to order a huge order, and therefore it took 30+ minutes for our meals to come out, which was pretty annoying since we wanted a quick meal. Unfortunately we didn’t know the size of their order until we saw the 3 giant stacks of boxes they took at the end. Sad. I hope to come here when I don’t have to wait a ridiculous amount for a simple burger x[

I was so disappointed with the food here. The fries are limp and mushy, and almost tasteless. The burgers have no actual meat taste. I could taste the charcoal or whatever they use for grilling, but that was it. It was like tasting the burned parts around a burger with no actual burger in the middle. I had the buffalo burger, and it had this thin watery burning red sauce that was probably just Tabasco sauce and that’s it. That’s not buffalo sauce! Buffalo sauce dances between tang and burning and buttery tastes. Slapping on some Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce and calling it buffalo sauce is just phoning it in. Also, they got our order wrong and gave us a chocolate shake instead of a vanilla one when the whole restaurant was empty, so I don’t know how hard it is to get that kind of thing right. But also also, a burger/fries/drink meal for 2 people cost $ 27! Holy ******* ****! For that much money I better be eatin’ a damn good burger, and here I had no such luck.

Good Veggie Burger. Excellent Strawberry Lemonade and all around good«fast» food! I got the veggie burger Cousin Oliver style. It’s always a crapshoot ordering the veggie place, but with a place like this I was confident it wasn’t going to be weird. It was actually really delicious. I loved that I could order veggies as a side and they were pretty much just like I would make at home. The strawberry lemonade was really great, too. It did take a while to get our food but I think this is because we were the only ones there and of course, they make it fresh. This place is a winner in my book!
