I went back to this store to sign up for the AT&T Next plan and get a new phone. I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager and assistant manager. They were very helpful and knowledgeable when answering all my questions. Very professional! I will continue to be a customer at this store.

This is the best customer service I have ever received while purchasing a new phone. Michael and Robert both went out of their way to ensure that I knew all of the information that I needed to make an informed decision. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend this location to all of my friends and family. Thank you!

Posting this review for my girlfriend who doesn’t write reviews on Unilocal. «On 9/29, I ordered a new phone in the store. The overall experience was not nice. First, the guy(Michael) was playing his phone while serving me. He made me feel like I should not bother him while he is playing his phone. Second, he did not inform me about the Mobile Protection plan that will show up in my future bill. After I got home and started to read the print outs, I then noticed that this service had been automatically added to my bill. Therefore, I called the store hoping they can cancel this service right away. Michael picked up and asked me „Are you Chinese?“ I said „I am not, but I do speak mandarin“. Then he just said „Let’s make this easier“ and handed the phone to someone else in the store who speaks Chinese. This, again, is showing me that he is unwilling to help. Although English it not my mother tongue, I do speak English fluently. I do not understand why he would need to hand over the phone to someone else. The guy who then continued to help me said „You can try to cancel the service online. If you still failed, come back to the store and I will help you cancel it.“ Before I left the store, Michael especially reminded me that I will get a survey text from AT&T about my experience. He asked me to give them a good rating, or just ignore the text. I did receive the text next morning, but I didn’t respond to it because I did not enjoy the service. However, I did not want to give a bad rating since I still successfully ordered a new phone. So the next day, 9/30, I went back to the store to cancel the Mobile protection service. This time, it’s the store manager that helped me. After learning my request, he asked me to give him my phone. I then handed it to him as he said, and saw he is using my text. I thought he can cancel the service through sending some texts. Then he showed me how I can cancel the service using AT&T app. It still failed, because this service won’t be effective until I received my phone. I disappointingly walked out the store and started to think — why would he go to my message app at the first place if he didn’t need it to cancel my plan? Did he reply to the AT&T survey text?» I quickly took out my phone and noticed that my AT&T survey texts are gone! He must have replied to the survey, gave a good rating, and then deleted the texts hoping I will never notice it!“ If you can’t get something done over the phone or online and have to go to the store, you want to try elsewhere.

This location has the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. This is the 3rd time I’ve been there and no one has ever greeted me or asked if I needed help. After sharing my experience with my friends, it turns out that they have all had similar disappointing experience with their costumer service. The sale rep today, Michael, spoke to me in a very condescending manner and made assumptions that I had bad credit when I inquired about a change in account ownership. Additionally, he cut me off several times when I asked him questions and at the end, he just got up from his seat and walked away without even as much as a goodbye. This is my first time writing a Unilocal review. I am not one to complain about petty things but I felt this was necessary.

Good AT&T retailer. They don’t carry the HTC Aria, so if you’re hoping to try one out before buying it, they can’t help you, though they can order it for you. Tried a Palm Pre Plus and left with it that day. Ray was really helpful, friendly, and not annoying, unlike his superior who kept coming over to check on him. Ray left me to play with the phone for almost ten minutes, totally no pressure, but I was also the only person in the store. I imagine during the school year it gets crazier in there. They offer a discount to BU faculty and students, which is nice. One star off for the annoying sales guy. If Ray had not been there, I would not have bought a phone, I would have left ASAP.
