Allen Edmonds Mens Shoe Store

Bought a pair of Allen Edmunds shoes at the AE store in Natick Mall in December. Was told «they’ll feel tight, but they’ll stretch». Had them stretched 2x, was simply a bad fit. 3 months later I brought them to the Allen Edmunds store in Downtown Boston. I worked w/​Victoria, who was very, very helpful. Victoria researched my prior purchases, all of which were the same size and width, except for the pair of shoes in question. Victoria happily took back the ever so slightly worn shoes and ordered a new pair in the correct size for exchange, and apologized for the inconvenience. Because she was so helpful and kind, I wound up purchasing another item. I highly recommend this store, and specifically this location due to Victoria’s professionalism, and helpfulness. Was on the fence of 5 or 4 stars, as they didn’t have my size in stock — likely the original problem w/​the Natick guy — but I’m happy to wait 5 days for the right shoes.
