Don and Loraine were amazing at taking car of my car after it needed work. They were so accommodating, efficient, and the entire process was absolutely 100% HASSLE FREE. Had I known about them prior to this year, I would have definitely gone to them for any of my auto work. I recently brought my car to Advanced Automotive in East Boston on the recommendation of two friends after I posted on Facebook looking for autobody recommendations. I can say with no hesitation that this was the best experience I have ever had dealing with car repairs. Ever. Don Smoot was fantastic to work with, very friendly, and most important to me– honest. He presented me with all my options up front, including pricing and timeline for each, and helped me select the one that was really the best for me. No pushy sales BS, he was always fair and to the point. When I brought my car in to have the work done, I found the rest of his team to be just as great to work with as he was, especially Lorraine at the front desk. I dropped my car off and hopped on the train to work, and I was barely settled into the office when they called to let me know my car was already finished. End result is my car came book looking fantastic and I now found a place I feel confident in returning to when I need auto work done in the future. I was very impressed with their speed, the quality of the work, and competitive pricing. I would HIGHLY recommend them, FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. Thank you Don & Advanced Automotive team!

I love this place! My brother sent me here because he has used them before and loved them. Now I see why. My insurance company gave me a hard time and they helped me fight them. They called for a rental to pick me up the day I dropped my car off. They are ALL so friendly and personable. Free detail with all work is an understatement. My head lamps where clowdy and they cleaned them, I had a tear in my driver seat and they fixed it, break dust stuck on my rims and they got it off and the car was sooo clean. Not only that but the work that needed to be done to my car was phenomenal. Really highly recommend these guys! Keep up the good work!

I had my car repaired in June 2012. Service, communication and quality were excellent. They took initiative when talking wot the insurance company. Saved me a lot a headache, they also arrange a rental car which was ready for me and easy to be dropped off.

Honestly cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They are the only people I refer friends and family to, and they’ve gone above and beyond multiple, multiple times. They are friendly, accessible, and do phenomenal work.
And, if that weren’t enough, when I’ve needed advice in other parts of the country regarding automotive matters, the owner has pulled strings for me, free of charge.
