Their Flagship Store, The Chocolate Crocodile, is one of the fastest growing stores in Louisiana. Jim and Cyndi chose the picturesque shores of the Red River in Bossier City because of its great weather, serene surroundings and fun outdoor activities. The Chocolate Crocodile will lead the way for the ARCO Company´s signature delicacies. We begin each morning cooking our own fresh homemade caramel. This mouth watering delight is central to the numerous varieties of Caramel Apples, Chocolate Crocodile Claws and the ever sought after Crocodile Nest.
