I called them to see if they had caster sugar — a very super fine sugar, and I was told that I should come in and look since they weren’t familiar with what I was asking for. I explained what it was and I figure it can only be in one area if they had it. She didn’t even try! She didn’t bother to check or offer a suggestion. Just, «You should come in and look.» Like I work there and would know the merchandise. Wow! Customer Service certainly isn’t a priority here. I am so glad Kroger has opened up nearby and carry many healthy options. This store won’t last long and it shouldn’t with employees who don’t know the meaning of service.

Shreveport, LA
It is no Whole Foods, but props to carrying some of the harder to find items in Shreveport/​Bossier! Someone had to fill that niche.
It is also not a bad place to grab a bite to eat for lunch. The people are friendly and there are some nice choices at a reasonable lunch price. It beats eating greasy fast food, which is what is mostly in the area.
I prefer the Bossier prepared food counter to the Shreveport location.
