We at Old McDonald’s Daycare have a core belief that growth is a sequential and orderly process, and each child has a personal pace and unique way of developing as a whole person. It is the role of the teacher to build on physical, emotional, social, and cognitive areas by creating a rich environment and encouraging children to play. Creative problem solving is addressed through challenging activities.

Our primary focus is on the child, but through their family. Families are our foundation and starting point for developing services and program content. We believe that only through partnership with the family can the goals for our children be realized. We work to develop a strong, trusting relationship between the family and our program.

Business Owner

Judy McDonald, owner and director of Old McDonald’s Daycare has been caring for your children since 1981. Her daycare is privately owned and operated which means she is able to control all aspects of the center. With a focus on family, Judy takes a special interest in the child in their home environment as well as in her care. Judy’s passion for her business and the families she cares for is evident by the display of affection her children show her every day.
