This is the most unfair and dishonest treatment I’ve ever encountered by a company and its management. after 11 months of never having an issue with Storage Now, Istorage took over my storage center. They didn’t transfer our autopay payment or address information correctly and ended charging us late fees. When we finally gave them the correct information they didn’t reinstitute our autopay and continued to charge us late fees. We never received change of management documentation until we had random calls from some odd company asking for payment. After explaining the situation to a very unprofessional district manager, she couldn’t comprehend how the information wasn’t received correctly and stated there was nothing that could make me happy. I just wanted her to understand the situation and hopefully return our money. Flat out said no. Unfortunately they will loose my and many other individuals business because of this.
