Rick and his crew are absolutely amazing. I could not be more pleased with the work they have performed on our home, the level of communication and the more than competitive price quotes. Since meeting Rick, I have been looking around my house for more and more things for them to repair and renovate!
I found Rick here, on Unilocal and decided to give him a call after a pipe burst and our finished basement was destroyed. Rick accommodated my schedule and met me at home during my lunch break one afternoon. We talked at length about what my husband and I wanted done and he answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. He had an estimate to me in just a handful of days and — because his quote was fantastic and I already trusted him wholeheartedly — the job was scheduled. They were out within the week to commence repair and the job was completed just a few days after. Rich even came to meet me in my office as my schedule that week was crazy but we needed to select carpet. The work they did is absolutely beautiful. Rick uncovered some structural issues created by the guy who finished our basement for us years ago that should have cost and arm and a leg to repair. He immediately called and texted me pictures of the problems. He gave me detailed assessments before even beginning to work on those things which I appreciated greatly having dealt with construction companies previously who just fixed and sent a bill. He even quoted us a more than fair and reasonable price to fix same.
We were so happy with every aspect of the process that we have since retained Sutton Contracting to redo our siding and — unsurprisingly — that job was more than fairly priced, completed quickly and turned out beautifully as well. We are in the process of moving and I assure you I will be calling Sutton Contracting in the near future to get us up and running. Rick is officially our go to guy.
