Worst service in all of Boone! Nothing fast about this fast food joint. How long can it take to plop some crappy meat into a shell? Last time I went there they weren’t taking credit cards in the drive-​thru, but they waited until you made it to the speaker to tell you. There is no way to get out of the drive-​thru once you are in line. I had to get out of my car and ask people to back up since the line wasn’t even moving. A nice lady behind me did offer to give me some cash. Once I backed out, several others did as well. I haven’t been back since and don’t plan on it.

This rating isn’t so much for the food since everyone knows wether they like Taco Bell or not, its mainly for the service. The dinning room has been closed for entire weeks when they couldn’t staff it. They are often out of what I want, more so than other Taco Bells ive been to or other chain fast food restaurants.
