History

Established in 2011.

Todd Benton launched his first client website in 1997 for renowned acrylic furniture designer Charles Hollis Jones. In 2003, he was integral to the launch of the Mission Control Productivity website, where he was the director of marketing for the company at the time. In 2011, Todd founded BentonWebs and has since developed more than twenty websites, most utilizing the WordPress platform. His natural instinct for visual design was cultivated by working with his father, a four-​time academy award nominated set decorator for feature films.

Todd has a wide variety of experience in both marketing communications and consulting/​coaching that make him a great asset for website design and development. Todd has more than 15 years of marketing, public relations, and media experience and a history of obtaining media coverage for clients on CNN, CBS, ABC and in publications such as the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Business 2.0.

Todd holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in communications from San Francisco State University.
