Dropped travel trailer off nearly 7 months ago for warranty work. Was having trouble getting them to complete the work, contacted Matt at Fife RV in Fife. Told Matt because of all the issues including their added damage of tearing up my floor and because they failed to winterize my travel trailer over the winter that I would be asking them to do a pre-​delivery inspection before taking possession of my travel trailer. Matt agreed and said he thought that was fair. I was contacted by Fife RV on March 6 that my travel trailer would be ready for pick up and ready for inspection as agreed on 7 March. As soon as I arrived there was one elderly woman on a elongated personal phone call. We walked around the shop for approximately 20 minutes all along being ignored. I noted that my travel trailer was parked between two other trailers not allowing me to extend my slide out, it also was not hooked up to any water source or power source so that I may check all the water faucets and toilet to ensure no damage was incurred during the winter. After going inside the first thing I noticed and what I would assume to be the easiest thing to fix was the defective kitchen table that I asked them to replace, note I still had the same kitchen table 7 months later, they couldn’t even have that replaced. I immediately was upset and told the elderly woman who was walking me through it and could not assist with an inspection that I would not be taking the trailer today. I immediately called Matt explaining how irritated I was about the situation. Matt told me that the work was done and that they could always give me another table and that I should just take the trailer. I told Matt there was no way that was going to happen, I was not taking his word for it that the work was done as I had been up there previously on many occasions being told the work was done and it was not so why would I take their word for it now. I told Matt my only recourse would be to file a complaint with the state attorney general’s office to which Matt replied make sure you tell them that you could take the trailer but you refuse to over a table. I tried to explain to Matt that it wasn’t just about a table that it was about the fact that I could not verify the work has been done as promised to me and that it was my belief as soon as I hooked up to my trailer and take it home that the warranty would be considered the satisfied. Matt then suggested I take it to another dealership for warranty work if I wasn’t happy to which I replied great idea I’ll call Keystone and find out if they will still guarantee the warranty work if I take it to another dealership, Matt then again stated make sure you tell them it’s about a table. I haven’t figured out a way to get through to Matt that it is not solely about a table, it is about me not being able to verify that they completed the other extensive work that was supposed to be completed. Matt seems to believe that I should just take their word for it after seven months of them lying to me about the work being completed. Several times Matt tried to coerce me to just take the trailer. Matt, be a man of your word, have my trailer set up for a predelivery inspection like we agreed to with it hooked up to a water source and power source so that we can check everything out like you agreed. Stop being a salesman and be a man.

STAY AWAY from Fife RV. STAY FAR AWAY!!! Their lending practices are horrible and they will screw you every which way they can when it comes to getting your money from you. We should have walked away but didn’t because they were the one dealer that sold what we wanted and were looking for. Bought the unit at the beginning of Feb 2013 and did not take delivery of it until Mar 2013 cause of one problem after another. I should have listened to my husband and walked away. Have had the unit out several times which we loved, but from the get go some things have not worked. Stereo system has never worked, the bedroom TV has never worked and the big one was when over the Labor Day weekend, the apartment size fridge FELL OUT going down the road as a result of the 1 and ONLY small bracket holding it in broke. It damaged the slide out, the slide out fascia and the wood framing around the fridge. The fridge was bent and the doors out of alignment as a result. Called the service department and he wanted pictures to order the parts on everything to include the TV and stereo system. You can NOT tell by pictures what is wrong and pictures don’t tell you why a stereo or TV are not working. When I told him I wanted to bring it in so they can look at it, he said no as their lot was full and that it would be several weeks before they could even see it. Our ENTIRE experience with the service department has been very disappointing. The worst part is the service manager NEVER calls you back and if you are lucky enough to get through, then you are put on hold and they conveniently forget to come back on the line. Since our RV is new, this is ALL warranty work and we needed the repairs, I called another dealer. Now our 5^th wheel toy hauler is at the other business getting the repairs. We will NEVER EVER go to Fife RV again and we tell EVERYONE to avoid them like the plague.

We’ve bought two RV’s from this dealer. Both sales experiences were good. The price was not the best, but not the worst either. Beware of their shifty sales pitch… no better or worse than any other. I would buy from them again.
Our service experiences were not nearly as good. Yes, the service manager was friendly (we’ve dealt with two so far) and they seemed very interested in helping. They did the warranty work correctly. So why two stars? Every single experience tied up our trailer for a minimum of four weeks. Our most recent experience was with James, the former service manager from Gig Harbor. He told us the work would take four to five days.
As I write this review it is more than four weeks and I just learned that they still needed a part. I was told the reason for the delay is that a part still hasn’t been received. So I called the manufacturer and asked about the part. I was informed that it was ordered ⁹⁄₁₇ (11 days after I dropped the trailer off) and was indeed late. However, the dealer didn’t even discover the problem until a week after they had promised to get ti back to me!
What makes it even more unpleasant is that the only way to learn my trailer is late is for me to call the service manager. he returns a call, he does it many hours later. Do yourself a favor and find a reliable dealer.

Called twice to get a service appointment (Bonney Lake) and was told person in meeting. Left message and no return call. Called the second time and was told the person was in the meeting ’till noon and had over 30 people to call back. Still no returned call. Don’t think this place cares too much whether they get business or not.

Absolutely, positively DO NOT BUY from Fife RV! They lure you in with great deals & false promises, then they get you to sign the contract & the truth becomes clear! We were promised TVs with the purchase… lie! We were promised a year membership to an RV resort… lie! We were sold unnecessary insurance & warranties that cannot be used! And to now top it off, they have just ruined our first vacation in which we had to turn around & drive home because no one could help us with a broken slider! This has been the worst customer service & experience & I am really surprised that they are still in business! We will be filing a report with the attorney general! If you want to enjoy your camping experiences, be sure you find somewhere else to purchase your travel trailer!

Stay away. You may get a good deal on your vehicle but that is where the service ends The service department is a disaster. I would take my 5^th wheel info in for warranty repairs, wait 3 weeks, show up to pick it up and they were working on it when I arrived. Then I find out that they couldn’t fix everything because the parts weren’t ordered. Then when they did tell me the parts were ordered, I called the warranty representative at Heartland to find out nothing had been ordered. This happened 3 times. I finally had to take my RV to their biggest competitor, Tacoma RV, to have the problems fixed. I would highly recommend Tacoma RV whom I had purchased my first Travel Trailer from, and will have nothing to do with Fife RV Center ever again. I will just buy out of region if Fife is the only one offering the brand I want. Thankfully Heartland RV, the manufacturer of my 5^th Wheel stands behind their product. They paid for all of my warranty repairs after I finally had to give up on Fife RV Center for lack of service and flat out lies.

We purchased our RV at the dealership in Fife (We live in Seattle, so this is not TOO far.) Turns out you have to go to Bonney Lake (far!) or Gig Harbor (far!) for service. We purchased a brand new RV, but it turns out to have had several (significant!) problems. We were told that the Bonney Lake store would fix them IMMEDIATELY, no problem, blah blah blah. Well, it’s been nearly 3 months, we’ve had it to them multiple times, and things are still not fixed. They keep not ordering what they are supposed to order, or the job takes longer than they thought it would and they don’t have time, or they forget to do stuff. They are not helpful. They still haven’t even managed to get us the manual for the thing! When I complained, I heard «I understand that you are frustrated,» but never an apology or a plan to fix the situation. I suggest buying your RV elsewhere.

I called Saturday morning because our brand new, one month old trailer (purchased from Fife RV) — couldn’t raise the electric hitch because the battery was dead. The young woman answering the call said, they were (service) too busy to answer the phone call”. I finally kept calling back and spoke to someone about the electric hitch. It turns out that when the electric hitch that was installed on our brand new trailer at fife RV — they didn’t give us the tool that is needed to manually lower the trailer nor the directions for the hitch. So since they were closing in a couple of hours there was nothing they could do to help us. My advice, don’t buy your trailer from Fife RV!
