Tonight’s Unilocal review is brought to you by the letter«P,» P is for«perfection.» I had a damn effing good burger tonight. They didn’t even wince when I ordered my burger well-done. It was well-done burger perfection. God, now I’m salivating. And the thing is, you can have your burger in a variety of meats. And when I say variety, I’m not kidding. Let’s see. I remember there being llama, boar, ostrich, alligator, bear, deer, chicken, turkey, pig and beef. I’m quite sure I forgot a couple. You can have your burger with weinerschnitzel if you wanted. The owner is an Austrian Baron so he knows how to make good weinerschnitzel. Now back to my meal. My perfect burger was cooked on a perfectly toasted bun with delicious cheese and condiments. With my burger was sweet potato fries fried also total crispy perfection. My boyfriend and his mother had onion rings that they absolutely loved. They were better than the average. I have to note that the place was really clean. You can see into the kitchen when you walk in and it was also really clean. The service was spot on. Our waitress kept our drinks coming and her manners were refreshing. While this restaurant is far out of my way, I plan on finding an excuse to come back. It’s worth the gas, I swear.
