Inconsistent. New faces all the time. I have gone there spur of the moment several times & it’s a crap shoot as to the end result. This last cut was to shape up the previous haircut(which I loved) and yet a new face stylist, jacked it all up. I have never had such a crappy haircut. Found & still have hairs a good inch longer at the neckline than the rest of the hairs. Looks like a fricking mullet. And I know I can go back within that 7 day period @ no cost for satisfaction but… It’s been more important to grow this mess, not to chop shorter & shorter. I will never go there for Anything ever again.

My son and I have been coming here for ~3 years and love the place. All of the ladies are friendly and we haven’t received a bad haircut to date. While the prices are a tad higher than I like, the service provided is definitely worth it.

Prices have sky-rocketed — $ 15 for a spray bottle & cut haircut — and worse, it wasn’t anything like we’d asked for — and we even had a picture! Had to take son back the next day to get it recut — thinking they could get it like the photo — of my son WITH the haircut, so it’s not like he could wear the cut or anything — THIS stylist just basically used a #4 blade to do the sides, & cut the top short, trimming around the ears… again — nothing like his picture. *sigh* Don’t know what to do – one more goof, and color us gone!

Like the above customer i was short on time and my usuall hairdresser was out of town. Lucky for me the large chatty woman was not in the salon at the time. Instead i was greated by large rude woman. It began with me brushing my own hair. Then went immediatley into a cut… no shampoo, just a little spray with the water bottle. I asked for just a trim about a half inch takin off all over, some layers and a bang trim. What i left with was actually the worst hair cut i can remember. I had about two and a half inches shorter in the front than the back, and different lenghts all in between. My bangs were a whole different look of there own it looked like she chose the pieces she would be cutting that day. I had some pieces that were two inches longer than the rest of my bangs. When she was done i paid, and she sent me on my way. Didn’t offer to style, dry or sell me any product… not that they had much product to sell and what was available was dusty and out dated. I couldn’t tell when i was in the salon partially because she was in such a rush and i could only see the front. I could tell it was shorter than what i wanted but over all did not look to bad. But once i returned home and showered, brushed, blow dried and flat ironed my hair it was to my extreme surprise to find my hair was a good two inches longer in the front than the back. Now this may not seem to bad except that when i came in my hair was in a diagonal foward… a little longer in the front than the back. So i was needless to see not pleased in the least. After sobbing to my husband, familly, friends and hairdresser… yes it was that bad… my hair dresser decided to come home early to fix this dissaster. i came in to cuts plus with hair to the mid section of my back left cuts plus with hair to my shoulders and after my hairdresser fixed it all it ended up coming to my chin. I called cuts plus that evening to very politley tell them i was not satisfied with my hair cut and would be delighted to recieve a refund. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and refused to allow me to speak with a manger and every time i could get a word in she responded with«we don’t do cash refunds, it’s company policy» after hearing this several times some one who claimed to be an assistant manager came to the phone saying that would be happy to let another stylist fix my hair. Well after not being left with much hair to do anything with i politley declined and said i would kindley take my refund over the phone or i could come in. The rudley repeated to tell me i would have to come in so they could see how bad it was. I never returned for my refund and never plan on taking another step into that«salon» i still laugh now reffering to it as a salon. A word of advice to anyone who dare get a cut here save your thirteen ninety five… you would be better off attempting to cut your own hair. I would not even refer any of these woman to trim your bushes. I was also informed they do color and waxing at this location… i can’t imagine what those customer ‘s come out like. Do your self a favor spend an extra ten bucks and take your self to a real salon! A word of advice if its says walk inns welcome RUN!!!

This is one of those experiences which I can partially blame on being new to the area and being low on time. Really, I should have just found a place and made an appointment to get my haircut. Instead, I found a walk-in place conveniently located near me. Bad idea. Upon entering Cuts Plus, I was greeted by a large and boisterous woman who promptly began cutting my hair. She was nice, but overly chatty. I think she spent a bit too much time chatting and not enough time cutting, as I’m sure that there are sections of my hair that are longer than the rest in areas they are not supposed to be. Overall, it’s not the worst haircut I’ve had, but it doesn’t exactly look right either. I’m fairly sure I only had one cowlick before this experience. Somehow it seems that I have come out with two. I’m still not sure how this happened! For about $ 15, I got a cut and that’s it. I’m guessing rinsing, combing, or styling someone’s hair is an extra charge, or perhaps it’s something they just don’t do here. In any case, I walked out leaving a trail of hair trimmings all the way to my car. Hansel and Gretel could have easily followed my downed locks of hair all the way to my house. I have been to a few walk-in places before, and this is probably my least favorite. I’ll gladly take the time to make an appointment before getting my haircut next time.
