This is by far the best Starbucks! Every time I come here, my drink always tastes the same (something that most Starbucks stores aren’t consistent with). I always go out of my way on my lunch break to come here. The service is always great, fast, and everyone is so friendly. Most importantly, the store is always clean. Keep up the awesome work, guys!

A very friendly staff and fast service at a busy location makes this my favorite place. Well stocked for a small store and good outdoor seating. Plenty of parking in back if front lot fills up. Customer service: Was going to buy coffee beans and employee told me I could buy it next day and get a gift card too!

This is one of the better Starbucks near my house. Customer service is good, the lines may be long but they always seem to move quickly, and it doesn’t take long for your drink to come out.
The only reason why I’m docking a star at this Starbucks because it is guilty of turning up the AC when they want people out like when they’re cleaning or about to close. They are also guilty of turning their music so loud that you can barely hear your study music and/​or the person you’re talking to. I’ve seen people get up in frustration saying that they’re leaving because they can’t concentrate with the music being so loud. I’d come here more to do work if they didn’t do that.

Solid store with nice staff. Place is always clean, never too busy when ever I’m in there, fridge and merchandize is always well stocked. Only issue I’ve had is I just got a pound of beans ground, requested a flat bottom, got more like a Turkish. Either their grinder hasn’t been recalibrated in ages or the barista made a mistake.

Parking is a b&$!h here at times and the very tiny seating outside seems to always be packed. I know friends walk the golf course and come here afterwards for a high calorie drink .
I normally only stop at this Starbucks if I’m getting coffee to go. Having meetings here is problematical because of the limited abd tightly packed seating area.

I LOVE this Starbucks. It’s the best one in the Chula Vista, east lake, Bonita. Etc. area I don’t know what it is but this place always makes every drink so perfect. The employees are awesome

This is a small starbucks in a busy plaza. I have come here a few times before to meet people and I have never felt comfortable at this starbucks. It feels cramped parking and inside the building. It seems they don’t make their drinks in order. Same deal again today. The pretentious hipster looking barista (a dude) took my order and proceeded to make it. He stopped somewhere in the middle and started making drinks for the couple who came in minutes after me. There’s no excuse for that. I was there first and was already waiting when the couple behind me was still ordering. How did they get their food and drinks made ahead of mine? That’s one thing that does irk me about about any coffee shop or restaurant. Make your orders in order. That makes too much sense I guess. I will avoid this particular starbucks.

So, you know I don’t do Starbucks unless necessary. Necessary as in no Dark Horse Coffee near by. So any who I’m exhausted. Needed coffee just to perk me up so that I have enough energy to watch tv.
I get cold brew now, cheaper & taste better. I get a little coconut milk & 3 pumps vanilla. Simple, right? Not always!

Whenever, I have the urge to have coffee, Starbucks seems to come to mind. It must be the name that attracts people to go to Starbucks. In spite of the fact that there are other places that has better coffee. My favorite is their Skinny Caramel Macchiato, extra hot.
Everytime I go to Starbucks, Bonita, there are always customers enjoying their coffee while tinkling with their laptop using starbucks’s free wifi. The price of their coffee is slowly creeping up but, that is expected.

Ordered two venti java chip frapuccino and caramel crunch frapuccino. No crunch on either the Java chip and caramel ribbon crunch. These were well-​earned rewards but it seems the barista just did not put out the effort for these two drinks. Slightly disappointed.

Best starbies ever! I use to work as a a Social Worker out in the field and have been to tons of Starbucks in the County but this Bonita one is the Best by far! Have been coming here for years. I love love Dre and his staff, their always so friendly with great customer service. Its the only starbies I go to, since I only live 5 – 10 minutes away. Now that I am no longer working in the field, I am missing my daily 2:30/3pm dose of coffee trying to finish up my paperwork. Now I still go occasionally on the weekends and evenings but great customer service, home like feel everything. :)

Service is ALWAYS good here! Location is convenient– can’t miss it cause it’s on a corner street. I gave 4 stars because the parking is REALLY tight! But overall, I would recommend this location for good coffee, friendly service, and quick wait time!

Great customer service… the barista are happy to help you with a smile. Truly felt like family. Love that its in the same shopping center with Hans and Harry bakery.
Again, grest customer service, the guys are awesome in making your drink according to your diet needs (me being lactose intolerant). Oh and did i mention the baristas are Cute… well they are.
