I recently bought a home with Jenny’s help and it was a very positive experience. I was a first time home buyer and she guided me through the process from start to finish. Home buying is probably one of the largest commitments you will make in life so it is important you have a trustworthy person to guide you through the process! She was very good about making sure I understood each step and that I knew where we were in the process. She is very patient and will not rush you to buy before you are ready. Even if you are buying a relatively small purchase such as a condo like I was she will dedicate her time to you as if you are buying a huge home. On one such occasion my car battery died and she waited for me at the condo we were looking at until I could get there! She is very good about making sure that you are happy with your purchase and that you are sure you want to buy the home you are looking at. She has a good home inspector that she uses who was very honest and let me know upfront any issues with the property. She is good about making sure you will get any repairs or credits due to you. Even after I purchased the home she was willing to answer questions that I had. The only thing I would have done differently is go with the mortgage company that she suggested I use.
