Chase Bank

I always love coming into this branch. I have been banking with Chase for about 8 years now and this particular branch has provided me with the best service to date. I am always welcomed by Sue-​Li. She recognizes me quickly and has taken care of me ever since I first started going to this branch five years ago.
She refers me to other great people as well like Olivia and Marta who have made sure I’m using the best checking account option available and even helped me set up my first credit card. No matter how many questions I ask, their service stays consistent, friendly and helpful.

For over two years, I have been trying to get the tellers to place my deposit into a college account (which is tied to my primary account). As of yet (including today) they can’t do it. My 19 year adult son went in to complain that someone removed 20 dollars from his checking account and they insisted he bring an adult in andr that his dad (me) probably took it. (He had asked me prior to going in). I had to take off work to go to the bank to solve this issue when all they tried to do was sell me a credit card prior to fixing the issue. Seems a teller in Texas (We live in Ca.) mixed up a number on a withdrawal and it came out of his account. I was at the bank for 1.5 hours to get his 20 dollars back. Geez. I have complained to the bank manager, the customer service department, and the district manager about this branch. They are still just as bad.

I always go this bank, tellers are friendly. Even the line is long, service is fast. compare to the other branch, they see people in line and tellers are still chatting and laughing but on this branch they are fast, when theres a long line you see even the manager start working on the window /​teller

I am with the other poster commenting on Simone Jackson. Above and beyond every time I go to see her. She is beyond pleasant and takes all the pain out of banking! I recommend her to everyone I know!
The entire branch runs smoothly and pleasantly. There is rarely a line, always ample parking and I am always surprised by the immediate greeting when I come in. Been with this bank since I was in high school and moved fairly far from this branch, but will go out of my way to do business here.

Simone Jackson has been my savior in this whole home loan business. Because of difficulties in my fathers passing and leaving the house business a bit up in the air the loan officer was asking for so many different things.
Simone worked with me at my worst. Those who know me know the lack of sleep, hungry, upset Mari. Yes she soothed me and took care of me even at my worst. I even broke down crying and felt a fool because of all the chaos but she grabbed me a tissue and said, «oh my let me see how I can help you!» That little sentence helped me more than she will ever know.
Chase you have Simone who is not only dedicated to helping people but she has a heart of gold as well. I made a few mistakes on dates and information yet when I returned she always greeted me with a smile when others would have been tired of me. I sure as heck would have. When I told her how grateful I was she smiled and said that is why I’m here it’s my job to help you. Thank you Simone! Even if the loan falls apart you helped me in more ways than one :)

Wow! I’ve been banking with Chase for almost a year. Overall it’s been average, but this Branch is great. Extremely service oriented, friendly, and Mike Coggins is extremely helpful to small business owners.
He knows the local laws and helped guide me through the process of getting my Florida based Inc setup to work here in California. Blew me away how good he is at his job!
There’s rarely a line worth mentioning, everything pretty much runs like clockwork here

My favorite Chase branch thus far. Fast service plus awesome tellers makes me a very happy person. Even when there are a lot of people waiting in line, waiting’s like a breeze.

I am annoyed by the policy implemented in October that all checks that are not from Chase bank have to wait 24 hours to clear. I have to wait for a state check to clear?! Yeah, like those will bounce. Grrrr! I think I will be changing banks because of this reason.

but seriously… who likes banks? the good thing about this bank tho is… everything. i dare you to find another bank that gets you in and out as fast as this one, with customer service beyond the norm. the tellers are friendly, the bankers are very good about taking care and following up with customers, and the management actually has a heart!
i know some people that actually go to this branch when theres another chase thats closer to where they live!
anyway, the bank is tight, and theres a hottie that works at the customer service window too!

There’s no point in staying at a bank too long. Besides, opening up a loan. Anyways, it never gets busy here. You’re in and out!

pros… well to me its just a name change, cause i have not noticed any difference in the service from the old Washington Mutual to the new Chase bank here in bonita. our new business banker, Mike is just great. he seems to be quite busy cause he has to introduce himself to all the businesses around that banked with Wamu. he’s great, friendly and has now got us a nice deal with our payroll services as well.
cons… wish it would trade places with the bank of america, so i would have to cross that busy old intersection of bonita/​otay ranch. cause the people that drive by are driving crazy fast!
