This store has great service! I just went in and the lady offered me yummy tastes of all the new flavors and was very fast and friendly. It is nice to visit a store and feel like your business is appreciated. I will be back!

Friendly!!! And you will get your Money worth! I have here twice first time was last year last min this location made it happen to make my 5 year old a graduation cake! They went above and beyond! And came here today to get some ice cream! When I’m in town this will be the location I’ll drive too! I do not go to the one near my house so I drive 15 min to get good customer service!

If I feel lazy and don’t want to drive to cold stone this is my go to ice cream place haha. The staff is cool I got a birthday cake here once and I asked the girl if she could write «happy birthday a$$hole» and she did Haha. It was a joke cake but it was pretty funny. The cake also was very good. The cookies and cream is always a goodie

Amazing ice cream any day! Bring back the oreo cake madness flavor of the month thing! I definitely prefer real ice cream to those trendy frozen yogurt shops. Creamy, chunky, swirly ice creams here. $ 1 off each time you come back with your receipt coupon. Baskin Robbins will never be as good as gourmet or handmade ice cream or gelato shops, but as far as quality creamy ice cream in the neighborhood this is it!

Went here the other day to get some icecream. Price is comparable to other baskin Robbins locations. Service was good and friendly and of course the ice cream was wondeful

Came here at 8:10pm on 8÷5÷15 and wanted a cappuccino blast. Apparently both blenders are broken.

If I could put no stars I would. They totally didn’t honor the Unilocal check in. Brooke was of NO help. She just said «we can’t use it if there’s no barcode» and then just waited for me to order my ice cream. Rude customer service. Definitely didn’t go out of the way to ask a supervisor or manager about it. Why would you have a check in coupon and not let people use it. Educate your staff to handle situations better. TAKE THE CHECK IN CODE OFF if you don’t HONOR IT!!!

I really like it here. Not just for the ice cream, which to me was more of for nostalgic reasons more so than the quantity. Because I only really like three flavors here: gold medal ribbon, jamoca & mint chocolate chip. But the kids love it just like any other sweet shops we’ve been to.
This I’ll say though, out of all the 8 BR I’ve been since 2001, this place has really attentive and professional servers I’ve ever encountered. All other BR places need to emulate this place as far as work ethics is concerned as well as cleanliness of the store.

Oh, how I miss Baskin-​Robbins, it became my childhood favorite. I usually have them during my Grandparents’ Birthdays, Anniversaries, and something like that.
At least I got to try their new Flavor of the Month, The First Class Camouflage Ice Cream on a Waffle Cone, It’s got Cake Batter, Salted Caramel, and Chocolate, Pretty Tasty (Just in Honor of Veteran’s Day)! While my mom had a mini Hot Fudge Sundae, I know, it’s hot, so we wanted to cool off.
I’m sure I’ll keep having them for any special occasion, that’ll be good. ;)

Baskin Robbins remind me of my childhood, we didn’t even get ice cream here all the time growing up. LoL. They have classic flavors, shakes, cakes, and sundaes. It seems like there’s always deals available. Convenient location. Employees were nice. I enjoy their ice cream and ice cream cakes. It’s pretty standard as far as ice cream is concerned. Perfect for these hot San Diego days… But I’m also content going to the grocery store and buying a pint of Ben&Jerrys for the same price of a scoop. Better yet, make it a half gallon.

Baskin robins is our go to ice cream shop any day of the week, however we loved meeting friends and cousins on Tuesdays basically for the idea of a ice cream social. I won’t be coming back to this location solely because when the new owners took over they changed the costumer service, and of course the 1 $ scoop Tuesday disappointment :/

This review is purely based on what I feel is poor business practice. I recently went to this location and they we’re out of both flavors my girlfriend and wanted. They we’re also out of waffle cones. I noticed a sign hanging that said «pink spoon pledge, sample any flavor on me or a scoop is free.» I asked the manager/​owner what that meant, referring to the fact they didn’t have any of the items we we’re there to buy, he uncomfortably said «it means we will offer you a sample of the flavor of the month.» This was obviously a lame attempt to get out of living up to their «pledge.» It’s not a big deal paying $ 6 for some ice cream, but to me of you hang a sign that says «pledge,» you live up to it.

This review is in regards to the cake decorator.
I came in sometime last December to order a cake. I don’t remember who took my order, but she was nice enough to put up with me when it came to ordering a «sophisticated Hello Kitty cake for the older and mature Hello Kitty lover» and not make it look like a typical little girl cake like somebody vomited pink and purple all over it. I was looking at the freezer at the pre-​made cakes and told her I wanted it to look a little something like one of those, but with a picture of Hello Kitty on top.
When I came in to pick the cake up, the cake decorator DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I loved it, and so did the birthday celebrant! Thank you so much!

Mother’s day, 2014. It is about 30 minutes until closing, and my husband wanted me to end the night with my favorite ice cream.
The store is pretty packed with only two employees manning the booth, one in particular, served us a very foul attitude. Granted there were other employees busying about, the line moved very slowly. Just to mitigate a bad experience with the young fellow, we decided to pass on the cones and go ahead with the current 2 quarts for 9.99 promotion.
Without any enthusiasm or greeting, we were rung up, awkwardly unspoken to, and left to carry the two frozen quarts without a bag. We request for a bag, he doesn’t reply but goes on and drops our quarts into the paper bag with two big thuds. «NEXT IN LINE»
It’s 30 minutes until closing; our apologies if we ruined your chances of leaving to go home early. If you lack people skills, choose another profession.

It’s Baskin-​Robbins. They have ice cream in 31 different flavors! What more needs to be said? Lol. Every time we’ve been here the staff has always been nice and friendly (usually high school aged kids). This place holds a special place in my wife’s heart as this is the ice cream parlor her dad took her too after school as a little girl.

I had been wanting to try their new Ginger Bread Milkshake since I first saw the commercial. Yes, I am a gift to developers of advertising commercials. So, I ordered the medium and was shocked when they wanted $ 5.49 plus tax, for a medium I tell you! (

The shake was very good. The great ginger bread flavor had no where to except my in my mouth, and it was creamy and well blended. (
) I sucked that milkshake down so fast that I started to believe episodes of brain freeze were normal occurrences. Oh yes, I did get a free taster of their flavor of the month, the pepper mint bark in the dark, and let me tell you, it is a must try. (

The milkshake was very good, and deserving of a 4 stars, but I could not get over the high price for only a medium. I felt $ 4 tops would of been fair for this milkshake.

Horrible place. Bad customer service been to better baskin robin. Also they do not accept the offer on Unilocal.So do not try to use it. They should put a sign up. The workers are unprofessionally dressed and turned the lights off on us at 9:50 ! Will not return to this location. Thankfully they under charged us though made up for free scoop. I sure didn’t correct them :)

Typical Baskin Robbins. Ice cream good, my fav is Jamoca Almond Fudge. Teenagers working hard but difficult to hide how much they dislike their jobs… Etc.
Gave it only 2 stars because they offer a check in reward on Unilocal but don’t honor it. The bonus isn’t what brought us in but common business knowledge is that you don’t offer something you can’t fulfill.

I am giving ONE star just because there is a «zero» stars option available. I don’t think I have ever been so upset. I have no intention of walking into this particular location EVER. The customer service is HORRIBLE.
I made a call at 8:37pm, today, June 12, 2013 to ask if they had any chocolate chip mint cakes available. I spoke with Hayley and she said she would check for me. Not realizing that I could still hear what was going on, I heard her laughing and talking to another associate saying I called to ask if they had cakes available. To top it off, I heard her tell the other associate «you talk to her». This other person, who never introduced herself on the phone (reason I don’t have a name), ended up answering and I said I had been talking to Hayley and that I heard her say she didn’t want to talk to me. The associate who answered said, «Oh no. It is because she wasn’t sure if you wanted a pre-​made cake or customized cake». I then said I wanted to talk to a manager and ended up getting so frustrated I just hung up.
Are you kidding me?!
She could have asked for clarification HERSELF, I did not have to hear their whole rant in the background, and common sense tells me it does not make sense for someone to call and ask if they have any CUSTOMIZED cakes available.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING!

Yes, I am a fan of an ice cream chain.
Been going to this Baskin-​Robbins for years. I don’t have a sweet tooth, but when it comes to an impromptu birthday ice cream cake, Baskin-​Robbins, gets it right.
Their Pralines and Cream Ice cream cake is legit. Plus, they are the only ones that carry Pralines and Cream. A lot of imitations out there, but never the same. I usually order their ice cream cakes in advance. However, was in a pinch one day and they built a cake for me from scratch. Their ice cream and shakes are good too.
Service with a smile, always. Leaving satisfied, always. It’s only once or twice a year that we are getting an ice cream cake. But when we do, I’m sure it’s coming from here.
