We accomodate gluten free customers by preparing the freshest produce from the local growers.

During my 20 years of experience in Hospitality Management, in both back and front of the house, I had the opportunity to be employed at Darden Restaurant, Hyatt Hotel, Wyndham, Rosen Hotels, Double Tree and Southseas Plantation, these were mostly in Orlando Florida besides Southseas Plantation. Recently I owned and operated a successful Coffee and Wine Bar in Bonita Springs called Cgrape.

Wanting a change and wanting to get back in involving more with food in the «back of the house», I decided to open a catering service so I can be more flexible and more creative with my food yet still be able to give one on one front line service to all of my clients. This summer I had the opportunity to open a location in The Flamingo Flea Market, a hot spot for tourists and locals alike, on Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs. It’s called Cgrape Chef.
