Sonya is an experienced, highly motivated, professional Hypnotherapist, Coach, Reiki Master, and future Wellness Practitioner that is totally committed to the empowerment of the individual. She specializes in techniques learned from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA). With the utilization of advanced clinical hypnosis techniques, in conjunction with coaching, Neuro-​Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Past Life Regression, this has proven results to assist her clients in releasing all resistance to their goals and reaching their full potential.

Business Owner

Sonya began her educational journey while Okaloosa Walton Community College and Grand Canyon University, majoring in Psychology. She wanted something more than what «textbook» psychology had to offer. This path led her to SWIHA in August 2013. She is now on the road to earning an AOS in Mind Body Transformation Psychology, specializing in Clinical Hypnotherapy with a Concentration in Spiritual Studies, in February 2015.
