History

Established in 1994.

The Community Voice Channel provides services to community-based non-profit organizations – Such as community, cultural, arts, labor, social justice and other organizations. By making their own media these community groups increase their outreach, create community dialogue, and promote social justice or local cultural expressions. CVC’s mission is to foster a media literate society, and to build a media infrastructure to serve the needs of all our seven town’s residents and non-profit community organizations. We offer groups media planning consultations, access to field and studio equipment and free training.
