When selling your house, look for a broker who makes sure they KEEP websites accurate and updated, understands what comps truly are, if you are out of town makes sure the house is ALWAYS presentable (no human waste in toilets if you have work done on your home and you live out of state), works effectively with the seller agent nd all clients, provides accurate and timely information, can attempt to identify issues that could bring a deal down, is pleasant to all parties involved, and does not use deceptive tactics… This is NOT the agent from Bolton, who didn’t even bother to put a sale pending sign up and who did not keep MLS updated until the deal collapsed, leaving us homeless for the holidays and the sellers with yet another month of mortgage payments.
Nasty and condescending, lax and simply lazy. Not good representation for the profession…
