I had Tiger come out to do my tub and walls and they did a GREAT job! They were on time, very professional and VERY VERY competitive! I couldn’t say enough for the sales rep Aaron and the install crew! I have and will recommend them to everyone! It is a shame that others had a bad dealing with them, or did they? I believe if people had to pay for their posts on Unilocal NO ONE would post! Give them a call, great company to deal with.

Single Moms Beware!
After an hour and a half sales pitch, and an $ 8,000 estimate, I informed him I would be in contact, as I wanted to get some other estimates.
He then magically reduced the price by $ 1,000. I still offered the same response. I wanted other estimates.
Somehow, my $ 8,000 estimate was then reduced by HALF!!!
He then became visibly agitated, and says «why don’t you go talk to your husband to see what he says.».
I replied «we are divorcing. I don’t need to».
His persistence made me go get him. To which my husband said the same thing. The salesman pushed and pushed, and finally said…
«I wish I had known she was a single mother. I would have never come out»!!!
It’s safe to say; they won’t be getting my money, even if they turn out to be the best deal.

Although the first impression was good and sales person Chris was very nice and professional the sales tactics are very pushy and they do not take no for an answer. I do not understand why I need to hear the whole history to remodel one shower, but it took more than 2 hours because I did not want to agree on the price and they were keeping taking the price down. The red flag for me was to sell right now without thinking. Finally I signed the contract with according to them lowest price ONLY because there was the way to cancel within 4 days. So I made some calls and found out that even lowest price is not fare price. The funny thing is they will make it as much as they can impossible to cancel contract. If you want to cancel, you have to appear in person in middle of nowhere (their office) or pay to mail it. Considering the time to cancel you would have to send it by FedEx or similar courier. After I sent it and saw it was delivered on time to cancel, they still took my money (deposit) from credit card after two days and did not give any indication that it is in process of cancel. I called them and started to talk what is going on. The person Mike Makowski was kind of rude and started to tell me that I sent it ¹⁰⁄₁₂ and they need to think about cancelling. I was laughing and I told him that I have all documentation copied and can easily file the complaint with BBB and get my money back; he was very rude — yelling at me that I did not give him time to explain the process. But he told me that they will issue the check refund after 10 days. We’ll see. Very unprofessional if you do not agree with them and cancel the contract on their terms.

Run as far away from this company as you possibly can. I called to get an estimate for a new tub. The guy comes in and takes five minutes of measurements before spending the next 90 minutes trying to sell me on it before telling me the price. Let’s just say their «sale» price for their basic tub is more than three times as much as a comparable tub, including installation. The guy then somehow realizes I’m eligible for $ 2000 off, but only if I say yes RIGHT NOW! I still say no, he comes down another $ 500, I still say no. He calls his boss who comes down ANOTHER thousand and I still say no as we’re still about $ 1500 away from a fair price, at which point he calls me stupid and yells «good luck finding anything at that price, and now we’re taking all our offers on the table if you come back to us». Horribly, horribly overpriced and underprofessional. They still wouldn’t take no for an answer until I told the guy it was time to go, at which point he said solelmly «sorry if I wasted your time». Over the next few days, I received several calls from them, and, over a month later received another. They don’t get when no means no, and use extremely high-​pressure sales tactics for their overpriced product. Avoid and find yourself a decent contractor at a fair price.

BEWARE!!!
I had an appointment at 9a on 3÷6÷15 at 11a they still had not shown up plus no phone call.
I went on line and chatted with a rep. He/​she really did not have any concern about this.
I do not know what is wrong with all these bath companies… Non of them show up!
I am ready to send them a bill for wasting my time

What an irresponsible, undependable, freakin outfit. I was scheduled to have this outfit come by for an estimate on Friday, 4÷11÷14 about 6:30 pm. No call, no show. I was going to blow them off because as you know, «Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me». Well… shame on me. I called them to complain on 4÷12÷14 and they were «shocked» nobdy showed. Right… A supervisor/​manager, by the name of Tom Rice I believe, rescheduled me for the following Friday, 4÷18÷14 @ 6:30. Guess what??? That“s right, no call, no show AGAIN…
Go somewhere else unless you want to be «shocked» too…

We recently were visited by a Bath Pros representative and were very impressed with the product; there is no doubt as to its quality. But be prepared to pay for it. It ain’t cheap. Being on a tight budget, we simply cannot afford $ 6,500 for a tub and tub surround (which also includes new plumbing, to be fair). The initial price they gave us was $ 9,500, but said that they’d knock off about 3 grand if we made the decision during the first visit. But since it can be safely assumed that a decent profit is still built into the $ 6,500, I regard the price not as $ 9,500 with a $ 3,000 credit for on-​the-​spot agreement, but the price is actually $ 6,500 with a $ 3,000 penalty if you need more time to further consider your budget. The only way around that is to go ahead and sign up, avoiding the penalty, and cancelling within 3 days. But, contrary to assurances by the sales rep, they don’t make the cancellation process very easy. I called the day after their initial visit to ask where to send the signed cancellation form (provided the night we signed up, assured that cancellation was a simple process upon calling the number at the top of a different form). I was told I could not email or fax the signed cancellation notice, as they have the originals and will have to come to our place so we could sign them (so what was the point of providing us with cancellation forms to begin with?). I scheduled them to come the following Monday — the deadline date of cancellation. My wife called them Monday morning to confirm the time and was then told that we could email or fax the form — by what I believe to be the same person that said I couldn’t. He then told her that the email address was on their website. I went on their website and found no email address, so initiated a chat session with «Steve». Steve said that I could send the email using the contact form on the website and gave me the link. I clicked on the link, but there was no field to attach anything, so replied to him that the form wouldn’t work. I need an email address to attach the cancellation form. He said, «I apologize, I don’t have access to an email address however, If you’d like, I can have the information sent to you via email.» I replied, «That made no sense. But okay.» After a little back-​and-​forth with him wanting someone in the office to contact me, and my replying that we had already spoken to the office and have no interest in anyone trying to talk us out of our decision, he assured me that someone would contact me.
Their sales tactics are a bit misleading and cancelling is a major hassle. I would have been open to saving up for their product and calling them back in a couple years, but after this experience, I have no interest in calling them again at anytime.
I asked the rep that came to our home if we could just get the tub and take care of the rest ourselves. No can do. It’s all or nothing. I told her we already had a shower head we liked, so could she knock off the shower head? No can do. It’s all or nothing.
Well, then, I guess it’s nothing.
