Proudly Serving Daily to

Government Agencies: Breakfast, Lunch,

and Merienda. Along with daily food

service, Pampangueños also caters to national and provincial government events

as well as other local government venues. In 2013, we expanded to the private sector catering to banks,

corporations, medical centers, and private individuals within Pampanga.

people…individuals, families, and friends with all types of taste buds to

satisfy any craving!

We are on a mission to push Filipino-​Kapampangan Heritage further

into the vocabulary of our food world and aim to make a mark for the

Kampampangans alike. Pampangueños offers

healthy eating both traditional and modern. We promote our heritage in the true Kapampangan dishes with rice served

in banana leaves and «Boodle Fight» style serving which is food placed on top

of banana leaves and eating it in the traditional way — with our hands! We are now also incorporating an Asian fusion

along with the traditional viands. We

want to make Filipinos around the world proud of our foods and culture, and

help a locally-​based Kapampangan company be renowned for promoting its Filipino

Pride across the globe. We are convinced

that modern and traditional Filipino food has a place at the culinary

table.

Catering opened its doors as a Government Caterer to Pampanga on November 17,

2009 by Mr. Michael Joseph (JOE-​JOE) Santos Cruz. In the Philippines, «The Christmas Capitol in the World» is located in the great City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Along with

having a reputation during the holiday season, Pampanga has well been recognized

by food enthusiasts as well as local natives as the «The Food Capitol of the Philippines.» The company’s name

PAMPANGUEÑOS means, «Kapampangan People» derived from the Spanish era. Kapampangan cuisines
