We specialize in repairing and keeping protected desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and i-​Devices. We provide affordable, on-​site services. We also offer pickup/​delivery service for your convenience. For most services our turnaround time is usually within 48 hours. We also attend to small business owners with their IT needs.

Some of the services we offer (but are not limited to) are virus/​malware removal, operating system installation/​reinstallation, network setup and debugging, hardware upgrades, new custom computer, data backup and recovery, and printer setup. We also service desktops and laptops with any issues they may be having. From not turning on to cracked laptop screen, we do it all!

Our smartphone repairs include screen replacement, glass replacement, charging repair, battery replacement, motherboard replacement, and camera repair.

History

Established in 2012.

Matt started K-​Wal Computer Services as just the neighborhood computer guy, but with word of mouth and excellent service the business began to grow. Over time, K-​Wal Computer Services started to expand into attending the needs of small business owners. Today, K-​Wal Computer Services attends to both residential homes and small business within the surrounding area of Bolingbrook.

I have been working on computers for over 10 years. I also have a CIS degree from Devry University. It all started when I built my first desktop computer. After that, I started to build them for my family and friends since I enjoyed doing it so much. My love for computers didn’t stop there. As I ran into issues with computers (hardware and software related) I always jumped head first into resolving them, My family and friends started to know me as the «computer guru».

My knowledge continued to grow as I encountered all these different issues that I or others were having. It wasn’t long before I started fixing laptops and smartphones. It was early in 2012 that I decided that this is what I want my career to be. I was doing it for so long already and never thought of it as a «job». It is something that I have true passion for.
