Once upon a time at this office there was exceptional service. I have been a patient for years, and within the last year or so I have noticed a decline in patient care. The staff is not helpful at all, and they make the process easier on themselves, but harder on the patient. Also the office visits have lengthened with the transition to EHR. I remember when I could get in and out within 30 – 40 minutes, now since this office has purchased EHR my visits last over an hour just to evaluate acne on the face. The reason for the two stars is because Dr. Liang is rather pleasant, and it is sad that his staff does not hold the same level of service. I will not return!

I came in for the first time to this dermatologist, I was hoping to get some answers about my acne a while back. I was against medications and I knew deep inside it was a food intolerance. I even suggested that to him, if he can give me an allergy test, nope! He clearly just dismissed what I said and prescribed me medications. A doctor should listen to his freaking patient, when your patient knows her body and knows it’s food, he should not say «food has nothing to do with acne» you completely lost me as a patient. That was my first and last visit. Learn to listen dude!
