This place has been nothing but great to me! I have had a crazy year of goat heads and been in more than my fair share of times.
Courtney has been incredibly helpful on more than one occasion. I appreciate the fact that the staff is informative and friendly while not being overbearing.
They layout is simple — things are easy to find, and in general the building is well maintained and the shop incredibly clean. I feel very comfortable leaving my precious bikes in their hands.
Prices are reasonable and quality has always been superb. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase or service a bike.

My husband and I have purchased several bikes from World and have nothing but praise for the shop. Everyone is very helpful and willing to take the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. The mechanics are excellent. Great service and products!

This is my go-​to shop for service on my mountain bike — at least for the things I can’t fix myself.
Put simply: this is the best bike shop in Boise. Here’s why:
— Best Service: often, you get the same sort of dismissive service at bike shops as you do at record stores. Not the case the WC. If service is a lost art, then they have a bunch of Picassos working there. I’ve never experienced anything but the best effort from anyone of their employees whenever I’ve gone in there. And the owner, Tom, is awesome. He’s a great supporter of the community and promotes the sport of cycling in Boise.
— Best Wrenches: their mechanics get it right the first time, every time. Tune-​ups can be a little on the pricey side, but if you come back with some cable stretch, your brakes go wonky or your shifting gets choppy, they fine tune it for free.
— Great Products: and they stand behind them. These days, any of the bike shops carry good gear, and WC is no exception. Their sales people are dedicated to making sure you walk out with the right bike for you. And if you’re not sure and want to shop around, that’s fine too. But be warned: you will not be treated better at any other shop than you will at WC.

This is where I get my bike tuned. The guys are very nice and at one point were willing to refer me to another shop that specializes in my brand. Some clothing and accessories, and some very pretty bikes for lusting after. Unless it is the super busy pre-​racing season, the turnaround on tunes is always very fast. Perfect location downtown, air outside at 30psi I believe. I’m probably wrong, but it’s not very high.
