Highly recommend Todd!
In Boise, quality services can be difficult to find. Turned to Unilocal and Google before calling to schedule. We called on a Monday and Todd was able to work us in on a Friday.
From the very beginning, Justin and Todd were kind and professional. Justin provided the quotes and Todd did the work. They kept us abreast of any changes in schedule via SMS up to the time of arrival.
Todd did a great job at the house. We felt confident enough to ask him to do additional cleaning. He was able to take care of the sofa and dining room chairs in addition to the carpets and area rugs.
After the fact, Todd maintained communication to square away some loose ends. Again, very kind, patient, and professional.
We definitely recommend Todd to anyone in the Boise area in need of cleaning services. Although his costs are more than any other company that we called, we decided to go with the guy who’s been cleaning carpets for over 20 years.
We will continue to work with Todd and his team in the future.

Setting up an appointment with Todd’s Pro Kleen was super easy — we got in within a week! The day of the appointment, Todd called to let me know that he could come a little earlier if we wanted him to. My window was 4 — 6pm and he arrived at 3:45. We walked through the entire house together and they noted which carpets were in need of more care. He started by treating worse areas first, and then cleaning them last to get as many stains out as possible. The end result was fantastic! There were a few spots that would not come out (they were there before we moved in), but the rest of the carpet looks so good that they’re hardly noticeable. A big thanks to Todd’s Pro Kleen for a great job!

Todd is not only personable, but he cares deeply that you be satisfied. He spent extra time on our carpets, since we were putting our house up for sale, and made them look new. I’ve had other carpet cleaners out, and they were interested in just getting in and out as fast as they could, not in doing a thorough job like Todd did.
On my stairs, he said if I wasn’t happy when he was through, I didn’t have to pay him for the stairs. I was super satisfied, and I think the stairs look as good as they did when they were new. I’ve had a couple of other carpet cleaning companies try to clean the stairs, and they never looked right when they were finished.
I will always call this company when I need my carpets cleaned.

Thanks to a very naughty dog, my carpets had a horrible smell for months. Over the past year I called two or three carpet cleaning companies but Todd’s Pro Kleen will be the one I call from now on.
The other guys came in, barely pre-​treated, and got in and out as quickly as they could.
Todd was professional, personable, had the right equipment for detecting problem areas on the carpet, and did a thorough job. He pre-​treated the areas that needed to be pre-​treated, and he wasn’t trying to get out of my house as soon as possible; he was trying to do the job right — and he did.
Not only that, but he’s a super nice guy and interesting to talk to. He made sure we had the tools and knowledge to take care of the carpet after he was gone, and — the kicker — his prices are extremely reasonable.
Please do yourself a favor and call Todd — ESPECIALLY if you have issues with pet odors or accidents or hard to clean areas on your carpets! The fact that I am writing this review and it’s not about food should tell you that I’m such a believer in Todd’s Pro Kleen that you should call right now!

I called Todd and left him a message on a Sunday night. When I woke up on Monday morning he had already called back and left a voicemail. That alone was very impressive. I called him and told him I had an investment property in Boise where the tenants had absolutely destroyed the carpet. The carpet was a light gray color, but that was hard to tell as it was covered in dirt, grime and was disgusting. Todd agreed go out that day and assess if he could clean it. Even though I’m 3 states away and have never worked with him. He made my situation a priority. He showed up exactly when he said he would and began to work. He took the time to send me before and after photos and even though the carpet already looked 1000% better than it had. He then agreed to come back the next day and give it another cleaning to improve over the 1st day. (we had an issue with no hot water the 1st day and Todd felt that if we had hot water, he could work even more magic). Sure enough, he came back the next day and when he was finished the 2nd time, the carpets looked absolutely brand new. I was thrilled as I thought I would be forced to spend a bunch of money to replace the carpets. Thanks to Todd, that was not necessary. You went above and beyond, good sir. This guy was ethical, honest, and his prices are more than fair. Highly recommended. Use him, you will not be disappointed.

We had a horrible pet stain with pet odor and Todd was great at helping us get rid of it. There is still a bit of discoloring but the odor is gone. Todd spent a lot of time cleaning and I really appreciated his effort and concern. Definitely recommend and will hire again!

Todd did an amazing job cleaning my carpet and couch which was extremely overdue. He spends the time to do the job right and I loved the way everything turned out. We were out of town for our daughter’s college graduation and our neighbor was watching our dog for us. Well, our dog had a pretty bad accident in our daughter’s room so I called our regular carpet guy for help. He was too busy, and even after explaining the situation, was unable to fit us in until the following Monday — five days away!
I was scrambling for help and eventually found Todd at Pro Kleen. I’ve never used Pro Kleen before, but I won’t be using anyone else after this experience.
After talking with Todd and explaining our predicament, he agreed to come out the next morning. We decided since he would be there anyway and we were out of town, why not do the entire house? So that’s what we did.
Our neighbor let Todd in to do his thing. He took before and after pics of the mess and sent them to us. We were satisfied and grateful for his quick response.
When we arrived home from our trip we were nearly in shock. The carpets looked BRAND NEW. Now, I’ve had our carpets cleaned before (as mentioned above) on more than one occasion, but they never turned out like this. Nearly three weeks after the work was done, everything still looks great. The stains are out and there is no odor. He was even able to remove stains that have been in our sons room that other carpet cleaners were unable to remove.
I don’t write too many reviews, but more and more I rely on Unilocal for situations just like this, so I figure maybe this will help you. If you need your carpets cleaned, call Todd at Pro Kleen. Couldn’t believe how well our carpets turned out. We had a huge stain from a red wine a friend spilled. We have been covering it up with our area rug for the pass 3 months as I thought we had no chance in getting it out. Todd came for a routine carpet clean I asked him about the stain and he took care of it like it was no problem and kept the same price for me.
