Tim started as a single agent and then determined that by specializing in certain parts of the business he could assist more people well.

He and his administrative assistant work with you directly with good communication through the process.

Tim lists all the homes, using skills he learned while a real estate appraiser to list them well priced and to coordinate with the staging services and professional photography to give the seller the best exposure of their home.

Tim nets more money for each seller due to his negotiation skills honed while selling over 1,250 homes in the last twenty plus years.

Tim is a man who has been married to the same woman since 1979. He has two adult children who are both graduates of Boise State University.

He has been a Realtor since March 1, 1995. He has served over 1,250 families or individuals in buying or selling their homes.

He was a real estate appraiser before that and helped over 1,200 home owners or buyers to determine the value of their homes or purchases.

He was a lender for nine years prior to that which allows him to watch out for the best loan programs for his buyers with the help from his capable lender partners.
