Scott Swan is truly a Professional Realtor. Scott made valuable recommendations as to what needed to be done to sell our home. He took the time to understand our property’s unique value and did not just represent it as just another house. All along the process we felt as if he was selling its assets and overcoming objections and positioning to the buyer’s needs. When it came to negations he explained our position professionally, adding value to the discussion by again explaining the assets of our property. Scott was very knowledgeable about the sales process real estate sales process and explained it clearly. That said, he also had a great team behind him that implemented effective strategies and handled the paperwork flawlessly. They contacted former leads, brokers and kept sent us regular reports from other agents and their client’s comments. This kept us informed on the marketing of the home and the helped us make decisions on that feedback. Scott had contacts for staging and when inspection showed that there were items to be addressed he had contractors that were prompt and reasonable. Then when they secured a contact their transaction service took us through the steps to completion. Sale accomplished. Overall a great experience with Scott and his team.

Whether you are buying a home, Ken is very outgoing and available to go just about anywhere in the valley to find you the right home. When selling Scott is a industry expert on getting your house noticed and sold and very driven to get it done. When all the buying and selling is done Ginger is the most kind and helpful person while you wait for all the paper work being signed and documented. Then when the whole process is done they make sure you are settled in and enjoying whatever it is they helped you wit. Never making you feel used or like just a number. Highly recommend to anyone in the treasure valley!
