God damn Boise… is this the only choice for instrument repair. Clowns… nothing here… but clowns…

Do not use this shop’s repair service. They only offer warranties on labor, not parts. So if they put a part in your device incorrectly and it breaks or ruins another component, they will not replace the part (s). Also, the shop is extremely unorganized, they will not return phone calls or come anywhere close to completing repairs in the time frame they tell you.
They also hire untrustworthy employees who they later use as scapegoats for when you inquire why its taken 4 months for your item to be repaired. I lost nearly 1200 dollars on a TV+repairs because this shop ruined my unit.
Also, the owner made some disparaging about Mormons while referring to a former employee.
