Asked them if we could open for ICP and they never got back to us. Two thumbs down for customer service! Venue smells weird too.

Saw very bad reviews on this place but I went to my first concert there today and besides finding a parking spot I had a great experience. Halestorm was awesome and if a great band plays there I will return to see them here.

This place is horrible for concerts. I would avoid ever seeing an event here again at all costs. I recommend evaluating cost of show vs experience you want vs what you’re willing to put up with, to anyone thinking about seeing a show here.

Went here the other night for the first time. Waited in line for 45 minutes for a beer. Couldn’t find parking close by… show was over priced… Over all disappointed

Been there twice and I like the smaller venues and laid back crowds. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes because you will be standing in hard concrete for hours. Sound is so so in that building. Takes forever to get an expensive drink. Uptight security will check your entire body. Weed users get kicked out.

Though I have not seen a concert here yet, I have toured the facility. With that being said, my review can only be based off of what I saw and was told and not an actual concert experience. The venue is very open and spacious. There are two bars, main bar downstairs with a seating area a second smaller bar upstairs for the loft area. The main concert floor is meant to be used for a standing room only concert, and not those with assigned seats. I can see how the previous Unilocal reviewer would have been disappointed if he was in a seat. Venue not really designed for this. However, if they were selling a VIP ticket for the upstairs loft/​balcony I could totally see that being worth it. The balcony is so close to the stage, I can only imagine how awesome the view would be. The décor is simple, clean, industrial, with hints of rock and roll. Awesome guitar collection lining the walls. Can’t review the drink prices or quality, sound, lighting etc which is why I feel 3 stars is a fair review. I was interested in what I saw, and would attend a concert here. I’ll be sure to update my review, when that day comes.

This business has taken over ½ of a closed grocery store. It’s now a big open space with a small bar and upstairs that I didn’t see access too. OK we went to a small event that was set up for about 700 people. We planned on arriving at 6:00 and drinking until the 7:00 showtime. At 6:00 we were told the doors wouldn’t be opened for another 15 – 20 minutes due to a VIP party. So we left, grabbed a fast food bite and returned at 6:20. There was a line and people were standing in the rain and wind so we waited in our car. It took an HOUR for them to check in the 500 people. So instead of having 500 people buy drinks and mill around for an hour they let them stand outside in line. (Hey I’m no math wiz but I bet they lost 5K by not smoothly putting their guests in the door. So we went to our seats, small plastic folding chairs with 6 inches of leg room. NICE! I was really looking forward to being in that chair for 3 hours. I think they have dances here so the floor is flat so mostly you get a view of the back of the head of the people in front of you. On the plus side the bathrooms (no not by the bar, over in the corner) are big and clean. The entertainer was great and small venues are so nice but the waiting in line and poor views were a big downer.
